I can not thank Jon enough for coming out to my home so quickly. Originally the thought of a broken toilet seal turned into a major blockage and old rotted out plumbing and rotted out flooring.. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly right away, and couldn't be more thankful and the work speaks for it's self!

Jon was excellent, got the job done fast and very nice to work with. Great prices highly recommend. I use his company all the time for any plumbing issues. Very honest and reliable.

Really pleased with my experience with this company. Our technician was very friendly, explained everything he was doing. The estimated price for our drain cleaning over the phone matched my final bill (I know that can't always work b/c of complications when working a plumbing job, but still really nice to not be upcharged). And the first name of the company is exactly correct: affordable! I would highly recommend them for a clogged drain, etc.

I am so pleased and happy with the great service we received! Mike and Calvin were exceptional and professional! They were able to take our counter tops and cabinet out cabinets without damaging them. They answered all our questions. They fixed our rotten cabinet where our broken drain pipe in the kitchen was and also put in a new faucet. They also cleaned everything up when they were done. I highly recommend them! I had a clogged drain pipe between my sink and the main stack in my home. To make it more fun, it occurred on a Saturday night when I was grilling out. They were able to come out the next day (Sunday) and didn't charge me for an emergency call or Sunday call. They fixed the clog and were able to re-pipe my sink which had been previously outfitted in a "less-than-professional" manner (which caused the issue in the first place). They made the repairs quickly and the total bill was far below what I would have paid to a local plumbing company. The team was extremely professional. They wore masks, had coverings on their boots, and laid down tarps to prevent any messes. They kept me informed throughout the repairs. Their work ethic and quality of work were top notch. They also were highly responsive to text messages. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!!!

I had called around to a few places for a couple estimates after the daunting situation of the cast iron piping from my upstairs toilet fail on me the other day resulting in minor basement flooding. Jon was able to quickly get me on the books and scheduled for a pvc replacement the following day.. he was very understanding that it was quite the emergency around here with 3 kids. Money has been tight lately from the holidays still and I was worried about pricing. I feel incredibly lucky that I was both able to find someone who beat "competitor" pricing along with how quickly the turn around was on repair. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!!!!

Highly recommend Affordable! Hired them to replace a toilet on our main floor and they were so quick and by far were the most affordable quote we got for the job. They were on time and total professionals, really couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My elderly mother had called me stating her plumbing was backing up. I currently live in another state, and started calling around to see who could help on a Sunday afternoon. Affordable Drain called me back and stated they had someone in the area. My mother called and was over the moon about how nice and professional the gentleman was who came to snake the main line. He also repaired her leaking faucet and tightened her toilet up while he was there for no extra charge. My mom tried to give him some money for lunch and he would not accept. He was very friendly with her dog and she was just as happy as can be. I was beyond thankful as I live states away and I thought this would take a few days to get solved, and I was nervous I couldn't be with my mom in person. Thanks again Affordable Drain.

I had them out in December to unclog a toilet. They used an electric auger in the toilet & broke my toilet.
They said they were buying & replacing the toilet which they did replace it but it is a taller one which is uncomfortable with a plastic seat & the bill which I paid came to $432.60 in which I believe the cost of the toilet was included in that price, since a month later the toilet clogged again & they returned & still couldn't clear the main drain, which they did not charge me for. They mistakenly lead me to believe that the main drain pipe under my house was broken & full of mud, which I suspect that they thought that they might have caused it while augering the toilet with the electric auger that broke the toilet. I called another local reputable company to camara the drain & they found it to be a "soft clog" of wipes, toilet paper & waste, which they cleared in no time, from the outside location. I was informed if they were using an electric auger that the toilet should have been removed since it was porcelain & breakable & they should have known. I was glad to get a second opinion since they led me to believe that I had a major problem that could have cost me over $10k to fix, which was very concerning. Very disappointed & would not recommend them.
