Can't say enough great things about the quality job done by Chuck Rosiu and his people at Great Roofing. Courteous, punctual and professional throughout. Chuck explained the options I had due to a recent storm and guided me through the process of my insurance claim. The end result is a beautiful roof that will last for years. Job well done!

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Jason K. from Great Roofing & Restoration, about my Aunt B and I's experience with him. Jason displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition in professionally helping my Aunt with her roof. We had been dealing with this situation since October with other companies getting nowhere. Within 2 weeks, everything is complete and ready to begin planning the install. You can tell Jason is a go-getter, I would hire him for my business if he ever becomes available! Ha. Again thank you very much Jason K., you have made Aunt B's day and lifted a huge amount of stress from her life. I called Adam Sloat in November after a large windstorm hit my house. Being a first time home buyer. I have never knew the process of insurance or how to even make a claim. Adam not only walked me through the steps he came out the next day patched my roof. The insurance process was awful but Adam made this process easier for me to understand and answered all the questions I had about the install. The install was done in one day. Being a business owner myself Adam showed Amazing world class customer service. Highly recommend this company.

I reached out to have someone come out to look at a section of my roof for a small repair. I was assigned to Adam. Prior to his arrival he called letting me know his ETA and to discuss what issue I was having. He was very polite, professional, and took his time and explained everything to me. He provided the written verification I needed upon his evaluation of my roof. If I had a big repair that needed to be done I would definitely use this company. Cassie also provided great customer service.

Keyonte Francis came highly recommended by friends who worked with him in the past and also had positive experiences. I contacted Keyonte following a storm that resulted in water coming into my home through my roof. Keyonte is professional, knowledgable, honest, and reliable. He took time to explain to me issues impacting my roof and offered advice regarding how to deal with my insurance company. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Although my case has not yet reached final resolution, Keyonte has made a very difficult and stressful situation much more bearable. Thank you, Keyonte!

I bought my first home right as the pandemic shutdown began in my area which couldn't have been worse timing. Before even moving into the house, there were some severe storms that caused leaking down to the first floor! My real estate agent referred me to Jason Kaczur of Great Roofing & Restoration, and he really saved the day! His guys replaced the roof and fixed all of the interior damage. Now my home looks great and is nice and dry inside.

Adam from Great Roofing was the project manager for our roof replacement. He worked with our insurance carrier and communicated excellently throughout. His team was prompt and the roof looks like new! Great experience.

I've had multiple roofers come and inspected, and by far, Keyonte was the most responsible and knowledgeable roofer I've ever had. He took a great deal of his time to explain and educate me about the condition of my roof and went over pros and cons of different options. He was respectful and really listened to my concerns, gave me a huge relief, and now I know I am in great hands. Make sure to ask for Keyonte!

When something was promised it was delivered. The roofing crew also did an amazing job from the tear-off to the install to the cleanup. Great roofing did an amazing job on my fathers roof ten years ago. So I looked them up. And surprisingly they were still in business.Jason was great and answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner. The work the crew did was top notch and they did NOT cut corners. They worked 12 hour days in above 90 degree temperatures. I have recommended them to my friends.

Chuck Rosiu was so easy to work with when we reached out for an estimate. Communication was always clearly stated. Chuck handled all communications with our insurance company and was so professional. Once the crew came out they got right to work tearing off the old and putting on the new. We couldn’t be happier with the work from start to finish. Recently had a roof replacement from Great Roofing and Restoration. Fantastic experience. Tim was attentive from the roof inspection, coordinating a meeting with my insurance and a follow up after the work was done. The installation crew were professional, cleaned up nicely when they finished and installed a quality roof. Highly recommend.

I am a big fan of this company! They did the roof in my previous house and I was impressed with the quality of the product but mostly the crew that put on my roof, so I went with them again in my new house. This house has 4 layers of shingles and 100 year old decking, it’s a mess. Jason did not even flinch, he focused on the positive and quoted me a fair price. I know the product is great and the shingles look good. Within a few weeks of signing the initial contact, a crew came to my house.

Marvin and his crew (5 additional guys) are amazing! I cannot say enough nice things about this crew. They were careful, polite, punctual and ready to work. They put up protective nets and barriers and kept the area clean. They were also quiet. No shouting or swearing! No loud music. They were like this amazing quiet force! So professional! So polite! One of the younger men on the crew was worried about damaging my plants in the front of my house. They were so careful! I told them I can get new plants, I want to be sure they do what they need to do to be safe.

It took them two days to finish the job during the quarantine. The first day, they got the back of my house, my sunroom and garage complete. They got done what they could to ensure the area was water tight. They came back a few days later after the rain finally stopped to finish the job. The issue was not their work ethic or speed, rather it was a materials issue which makes some sense during quarantine. As well as a weather issue.

This crew is outstanding! If Great Roofing does your roof— and they should, you want Marvin and his crew!

Steve Baluh and crew did an amazing job on our roof. Was very informative with the process as this was our first time roof shopping. They did a complete tear off and new shingles all in one day! Cleanup was great, as we have kids and a dog we were worried about finding nails in our yard. Overall no complaints and we are happy with our new roof!

He was on time and not only knowledgeable but professional and well spoken. He was personable but what was impressive is his clear grasp of not just roofs but about everything to do with the process of a new install including the possible role of home owners insurance.
Everything he told me was accurate and happened in the time I was told.

In Grafton we had a bad windstorm in June, I contacted Jason Kaczur for an inspection. He was very professional and willing to work with me and my insurance company. After walking me through the details of the process, I was able to contact my insurance company and the approval/check was printed on-site. The contractors showed up 2 weeks later to start at 7am!! They worked all day and left at 8pm with the roof complete picking up every piece of trash and nail from the job. We couldn’t have been happier with Jason and his Roofer team. Thank you so much for the hard work and diligent explanation of the process. It felt like a personal experience from day one and very responsive!
