Dustin arrived on time with a call 25 minutes before his arrival. Dustin always wore shoe covers when on finished floors. The service(installation of an on demand hot water heater) was efficiently completed as agreed. Dustin and Fatica deliver prompt, efficient high quality service. I have never used a plumber before. I will always call Fatica and request Dustin in the future.

Had a complimentary camera inspection that revealed roots growing through my main drain line. He used a water jet and cleared everything out. He then provided me with option to fix long term.. Great company very prompt and always kind workers.

Gavin diagnosed problem with our water heater quickly and offered all repair solutions in detail from diagnosis, parts replacement as well as water heater replacement. I appreciate his honesty, kindness and his time to explain all options in great detail

We worked with Jeff (and Ryan, Adam, and Bobby) for some significant excavation and repair/replacements of a catch basin drain and storm and sewer line replacement in the setting of an emergency at our home that displaced us until work was completed. Jeff's communication was second to none - he always answered questions timely, provided updates and updated pricing as the work continued. The team (mentioned above) were professional, respectful, and returned our yard/driveway to a very acceptable state once they were done. We know of some additional plumbing work that needs to be done in the near future and will 100% be using Formica for that as well.

We called in the morning, gave some details to the pleasant person on the phone, and someone came out that same afternoon. Dustin came in and was very pleasant and professional. He assessed the situation, and walked us through our options. Every question was answered thoroughly. When we scheduled the job it was Gavin that came and did the actual work. The first day by himself, the second day with someone who’s name i unfortunately forget) It was quite a job for him having to break through our ceramic tile floor, the concrete slab, move the water heater to cap off the leaking line, and then add completely new lines from hot water tank to sink. He then had to repair the cement. Unfortunately, our floor will need repaired. Gavin took great care to remove the ceramic tile as straight and gentle as he could, as our home is to match the tiles and repair. We feel completely comfortable that we made the right choice going with Formica plumbing.

I have called Formica Plumbing for several jobs at my house. Today Gavin was professional and efficient. I will call them again if needed, and recommend their services.

Dustin and Mark did a great job replacing the stack and installing new water lines for this 134 year old home. The hardest part was drilling through some hard wood (almost petrified because of the age)! This the 2nd time I've used them in 2 weeks and they will continue to get my business and recommendations! Professional service from the office staff (Linda) to the service repairman (Matt). Could not have been more pleased with the service they provided. Prices were very reasonable for my garbage disposal replacement. Fast and courteous service. There is a reason I am seeing there signs in all my neighbors yards!! Call them… you won’t be disappointed!

Nobody likes spending big money on plumbing. I appreciate that Formica Plumbing does the work well and on time. Everything they have fixed in my old house now works as expected.

I needed a new faucet installed. The gentleman had to work a long time to get the old stuff off. He apologized for taking so long, but it wasn't his fault. He was very friendly and explained everything, along with asking if we had questions. Great customer service.
