Ben was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and informative and fixed the problem speedy quick. He also listened to my 6years questions and stories on top of it all. Right before the holiday. We are so grateful.

I had two technicians come out (Greg and Vincent) to check up on our home’s HVAC system. They were knowledgeable, happy to chat or answer questions, and made sure to meet our needs above anything else.

Jean was an excellent, professional, courteous and thorough plumber. Did an absolutely great job managing through fixing and repairing several things for us after reviewing entire home. Explained things well and is very organized. Glad to call him our plumber!

I needed to have an old Sears in-ground grill removed and capped. I found WyattWorks Plumbing on the my city's contractor list. Pete reviewed and explained what needed to be done. Provided detail information on what I needed to know about the gas line. I'm big on customer service. From the first call with the receptionist, the technician that called to verify my time and schedule, and verify someone would be out within 30 minutes with a text of who will be arriving, you can't get better service than that.
Did I mention same day service!!

Had a furnace repaired. Mark was a great technician who actually stopped work to go out to get the needed part to complete the repair. He was cordial and kept me informed as to what he was doing and tested the unit a number of times to insure the furnace was operating properly.

The work as done very quickly and cleanly. All of our options were explained and our questions answered. We were very impressed with the workers and how effectively they made the repair. The clean-up of the work area was great. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Wyatt Works again.

Our home is only 6 yrs old and we have a leak from our toilet that showed up on the ceiling from beneath. Cause…..bad workmanship from the builder. The flange beneath the toilet should have been raised to the height of the tile they intended to install. Builders fix, double the wax ring and caulk the heck around the toilet. David was very knowledgeable, kind and experienced as he diagnosed the issue. He is actually still here taking care of fixing what should have been done right by the builder. There are no surprises with cost as they have best to better set up and you know exactly what the cost will be prior to them starting. Great experience! Thanks David!!

Took advantage of a great offer and the two service techs , Greg and Lawrence, were wonderful. I’ve used Wyattworks in past and will again in future. Very professional operation.

Justin came out and did a super great job found our problem and did the best he could looks like we have additional problems and they’re coming out with the camera tomorrow and we’ll go from there. Very nice young man would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Justin. Hope you have a good night.

The technician was very professional and competent. He did an outstanding job of reviewing my needs and gave me several options to address my problems. His work was excellent and he explained everything in great detail.

Ben was the technician that came and cleaned out the main sewer line in my house.

Great young man, very knowledgeable and respectful, and explained everything being done, before and during the work he did!

He also scheduled for Adam to arrive and assessed everything with a camera inspection.

Great Job by All involved.

We have a toilet that's original to our house that I wanted to keep running. Several plumbers had indicated that they could only replace it with a newer toilet. David L, however was able to do the job. He and Jack were here for a day replacing the guts in the ancient tank and rebuilding it. They also did a great job replacing the drainage pipes in the basement, coming from the kitchen sink. That was a tricky looking job too, but they managed it well. It's been a few days and we've noticed no issues yet with anything; it's all working great again. Thanks guys!

Initially, had ball valves and a frost free valve installed. Michael provided fast, free, informative and professional service! DONE✅

Additionally, had my storm drain scoped by Adam. I was able to view the entire process and benefit from his wisdom! He was fast and efficient!

Furthermore, Kevin preformed a sewer dye test so we could put our house on the market!

Finally, Allen and Christian resuscitated our furnace by installing a new blower motor and wheel. No my growing family will survive the legendary Ohio winters!

Excellent service. We've had 2 separate plumbing issues in the last 6 months... called Wyatt Works both times and they were fantastic. Quick service, extremely knowledgable, and great communication. Tim was outstanding.

Pete came out to take a look at the issue I had going on with my water heater and my lack of hot water throughout the home. Pete was more than knowledgeable with all the ins and outs of my water heater and relating components to the water heater. He ran some tests and diagnosed the water heater and laid out my options to give me the best plan of action moving forward. I could not recommend Pete and Wyattworks enough, as having dealt with this issue for quite some time it was nice to finally have steps and action in the right direction.

I had the best encounter with Ethan and Austin! The first thing they did was sing me a Christmas Carol that I requested!!!😊 Both of these young men are positive and very respectful! Something you don't find now a days! I knew as soon as they walked through my door and sang to me I was going to have them work on my problem. They were upfront with me and did an excellent job!!

This was our first time using WyattWorks and our technician was Ben Antolick and we utilized their $93 or Free drain cleaning special running right now.

Ben was super friendly and cleared the blockage in our sink drain quickly! He left no mess behind, and even found a piece of my jewelry that had fallen in the trap and set it aside for me. He was very kind to our kitty, and didnt mind our anxious, fearful dog barking in the other room throughout his work. I will definitely be contacting WyattWorks for any future needs that come up!! Shannon was excellent! She is professional, knowledgeable and personal. She quickly diagnosed the initial problem and repaired it. She also caught and repaired two other potential disasters by noticing a dysfunctional shut off valve under the sink, and when checking the home water pressure discovered that the pressure exceeded standards. So she was able to to replace and fix the water pressure gage and it is now showing standard pressure. Shannon has saved me several future disasters through her expertise. Many thanks to her and the company.

Ben was pleasantly friendly and easy to work with. Straight forward and efficient. Came on time , explained the process and was honest in the assessment. I feel this company is honest and care for customers and employees. Cost efficient and I will continue working with them. Great employee and fantastic attitude with great customer service.

Our experience with Wyatt Works was very positive. The two young men who came here yesterday (Jack and Jean) were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were given an estimate, and they were able to complete the work in a few hours.
