Arrived early. Were extremely professional. They replaced my sump in record time. Also worth noting they were nearly $300 cheaper than other companies in the area. We will definitely use them going forward for all our needs.

Showed up on time. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Very knowledgeable and polite. Hard workers with lots of patience, which are tough to find these days. Thanks for the great job on the sewer repair. Next time we'll call you with an easier job.

Called and Scott said when they would be here the next day and they were.
The 2 of them were very friendly and came up with the problem immediately and told me what my options were. Thank goodness the cheaper option worked. So glad it wasn't any more $ but they were here almost 2 hours.
Very happy that we no longer have a drain problem. I would tell you they know what they are doing.... It wasn't a tiny plugged up drain....

Showed up early to the appointment. Clearly marked uniforms and were very professional. Told them what my issue was and in 5 minutes could tell me what was wrong, the price it would be the fix it, exactly what work needed to be done on it.I would definitely call again for future problems!

Very professional and friendly service provided by Scott. He quickly saw where the leak had come from and with some effort removed bad pipe and quickly put in new one. Determined that other problem I asked about was related so all done in one task. Answered all my questions courteously and did not push to have other work done. Will surely call the next time some problem pops up!

This past Labor Day we called out Mr. Rooter to help us clear a clogged sewer line. Their answer to my problem was to replace my sewer line with an estimated cost of $6500! Oh and by the way they cost us $670 to do an incomplete line cleaning. I called Cambell's the next day to get a second opinion and man was I glad I did! Vince and Justin came out and took care of my problem. After seeing on the camera what mr. Rooter left behind, it was Appalling. Thank you Cambell plumbing you have a grateful customer for life.

Campbell plumbing came out as an emergency. I had a water meter brass fitting split. it was 15 and water dept shut our water off without warning for hours.

Campbell was 1st to respond and I am glad they did. Got us out a maybe much more expensive event.

Scott did a thorough explanation of what was happening with low gallons per flush toilets and also with gurgling from clothes washer when it drained. He was very patient and gave me reasonable options for future issues if they occur. I would recommend him to anyone and will call him myself for future problems in “this old house!”

Excellent experience! The serviceman set up a day to come by that was very prompt, and he came to my house in the time window that he said he would arrive. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and in no time at all he had diagnosed what was wrong with my bathtub drain. I would absolutely recommend these professionals for anyone in this area, I'm extremely satisfied with the entire process and will be letting my friends and family in the immediate area know about a local service they can trust

Wow we had a clogged toilet that I could not get cleared. We tried everything with no success. I called Campbell plumbing and talked directly to the plumber Scott. He sounded concerned and said that he could come out today at take a look at our toilet. When they arrived, professional and on time minutes later they found the problem and it was fixed. I would highly recommend Campbell plumbing.

I called Campbells about a plumbing problem. Vince and Tom came on time and fixed the problem right away. They also gave me some sound suggestions on how to prevent plumbing problems. They were reasonable and very nice. I won't use any other company.

Scott the plumber was great! My tiolet was backed up and I call at 9am. I received an arrival window of between 11-1pm. At 11am, on the dot, my doorbell rings and it was Scott! He was able to fix my problem within 15 minutes and the service was prompt and courteous! Thank you and I would definitely recommend this company!

Campbell plumbing was recommended to me for some needed plumbing repairs. Scott gave excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, thorough, honest and neat. We plan to use them for any future needs.

Our plumbing was acting out. H Jacks came to snake out yesterday. After an hour the technician stated that at about 50-65 ft. that there was a collapsed pipe, and they were adamant that we needed a new sewer system. We reached out Campbell Plumbing for second opinion prior to allowing H Jacks to come back to do an estimate. Vince & Jack were the two who came out and they arrived within the hour. They had my sewer cleared out within TEN MINUTES with a hydro jetter. Also, found out we were over charged on the snaking itself.! So thankful they saved me thousands and thousands of dollars from H Jacks trying to sell me something that WASN’T EVEN NEEDED! I highly recommended Campbell’s for all your future plumbing needs.

I called Campbell's today because I had a leak under my bathroom sink. Vince came out, very professional and friendly. He found the leak was due to my error in not removing a screen from the faucet when I replaced an aerator. Luckily he figured the problem within seconds. And he did not charge me. So pleased with Vince's integrity

I called Campbell Plumbing about a clogged drain. Vince came out and diagnosed a major problem. They came to my house the next day and fixed the (huge) problem.
