Phenomenal service from start to finish! John and Tyler arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and completed the work efficiently! They explained all options and gave a reasonable recommendation. I can tell they take pride in their work! They will be first on my list for plumbing needs going forward!

Tim and the crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, were very professional, and were easy to communicate with. Pricing was also lower than competition.

Everything went super smoothly. Helpful advice the whole time and super fast response. Would use again 10/10

Just replaced 20 yr old water heater. Tim and John very competent and professional and fast. Great job.

Very professional and prompt. Worked quickly and cleaned up after. It's like they were never there. Tim and John were great. I like giving business to small businesses. Glad I chose Hatz. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for so long for a good plumber who is actually reliable and knows what they're doing. The owner, Tim, was able to identify issues that other plumbers had missed, which would have cost me a lot more time and money had he not found them. He knows what he's doing, and now I trust my pipes with no one else but Hatz Plumbing.

Hatz Plumbing was referred by a friend. I find this is the best way to find good quality help. I have called on Tim twice. He knows what he is doing, he is on time, he cleans up when finished with the project and does excellent work. Thank You, Tim!

Hatz Plumbing was wonderful to work with! They were on time, gave clear explanation for all the work needed and took time to answer questions and address any concerns. The estimate provided was clear. They arrived on time, were professional and respectful. Definitely recommend! We will be using them for additional services in the future.

Tim addressed the situation within an hour of our call and was very knowledgeable. We are pleased with his work and highly recommend him!

Hatz Plumbing is a fantastic contractor. Tim, the owner, is exceptionally knowledgeable about plumbing repairs, as well as a quick communicator. This isn't a contractor that will leave you hanging for days before they gets back to you. Reasonable estimates, quick service, and they do a great job. Hatz off to them.

I highly recommend Hatz Plumbing. We just moved into our house and had several plumbing projects. Tim, the owner, fixed all our issues efficiently. He also gave good suggestions and answered all our questions. All for a good value. Plus, Tim seems very down to earth - a family guy running a family business. Exactly the kind of professional we like to do business with. Go with Hatz Plumbing.

Practical and professional. It's why I like working with family owned businesses. When I called Hatz, I talked directly to the owner, Tim, who asked great questions and set himself up for success and a speedy, cost-effective visit. Tim and John handled 3 jobs in my home faster than I could have done a single job myself! Tim helped us understand his fix-it approach to all of our issues, and we are very happy with the results. I will definitely call him again, and you should call him too.

Tim is the epitome of professional and knowledgeable. Tim examines the issue after arriving promptly and took the time to explain some of the quirks of the 100 year home we just recently purchased. We discussed what the varying options were and then had a recap on how to best move forward after the work was done, as the pipes and design itself are causing the issue. He made the draining better and also cleaned up. I am happy that he was recommended to us. Great guy and amazing professional.

I just relocated to Ohio and the home i purchased needed a little work done on the plumming, When I say I called this man today for service, and not only did he show up on a very busy day for him, he was on time!, very polite man, he took his time to explain things to me I otherwise would not have known.

I can tell he's full of experience and loves to make an honest living this man deserves 5 stars.

Look no further Ohio call Hatz Plumbing today! You won't regret it!

Tim is an amazing person and is also super fair and generous. We like to thank him and John for being so kind to us, and working so hard to fix our leaking shower. Everything about this company deserves 5 stars! Thank you again Tim!

I had a shower issue over the weekend and Tim was able to install shut off valves within an hour. He was very responsive throughout the whole job and did excellent work within a short timeframe. Highly recommend Hatz Plumbing

I have used hatz plumbing on numerous occasions for commercial & residential remodeling projects. Tim and his team are always on time, very knowledgeable & perform the highest quality/ most thorough service possible. The best plumbers in northeast Ohio!

Called for a fix to a refrigerator line that had been leaking. Tim was able to get in to check it out same day, diagnosed that and other issues the previous plumber left behind on the main, and gave a reasonable quote to address it all. When the next slot opened up, w/i 48 business hours of our initial call, it was fixed in a half day with his team. Gave us an education, did solid work, and I feel really confident in the repairs. 11/10 will call again on the next adventure.

Hatz plumbing has come to our rescue twice in a week. They have been so kind, communicative and prompt in helping us with a leaking bath as well as repairing a gas leak. They do great work and are more than trustworthy.

Excellent experience on a unique project. Prompt, professional and reasonably priced. But more importantly, he can THINK and came up with creative solutions to a custom plumbing project. Bonus - he is sharing his skill set with a younger generation, overseeing their work and showing them how to properly run a small business. Highly recommend.
