Great experience. Technician Bobby isolated the problem, replaced the needed equipment piece. Job professionally done. Tech Bobby explained what happened, what was needed, informative on all . Job well done

Absolutely recommend. I work third shift so I was sleeping and miss their phone calls from the tech about him being on his way. They didn’t give up and move on to the next since I didn’t answer. The office then called and got ahold of me. Once the guy got here he called a couple times before I woke up and answered the phone. Appreciated that they didn’t just up and leave since I didn’t answer! The guy explained everything, and was professional! Will definitely call if I have any other issues!

The guys at Alpine have done two jobs for us and their dedication to being excellent in both explaining what the issues were and fixing the issue were phenomenal. I would recommend them over and over again .

The folks from Alpine Heating and Cooling do an amazing job!! I own a small deli and specialty food store and they have helped me keep my store's refrigeration up and running. They are quick at getting to service calls and call me to let me know when there technicians will be arriving. The technicians themselves are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile by offering me tips for easier maintenance and what to do if the problem should happen again. I strongly recommend Alpine Heating and Cooling!!!!

Came home from vacation and home was 54 degrees inside no heat. At recommendation of Gravity Electric called Alpine. Talked with Amy and explained problem. She informed me didn’t think they could get to me until following day. Thanked her and said I would see someone the next day. Less than and hour later Amy called and said technician finished a job early and would come right away if OK. Bobby showed up within 30 minutes. Within an hour our furnace had a new motor and furnace working great. Excellent customer service highly recommend. THANKS

I called Alpine for an issue I was having with a heating/ac unit in my home. I called them because we use Alpine where I work, and they are always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Michael was fantastic! The issue with our unit turned out not to be mechanical in nature, but user error, and he didn’t make me feel like an idiot for calling for a repair. Instead, he took the time to show me exactly what needed to be done to keep the unit running properly. Highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about Alpine Heating & Cooling. We’ve hired them multiple times to service our heating and cooling units. Most recently we woke up without heat. I called them as soon as they opened. They immediately put us on the schedule and by 11:30 am the tech had our heat back up and running. Their Customer Service, communication, friendly staff and overall service is superior! Although I hope to not have to call them with another hearing emergency anytime soon, if I do, they will absolutely be the only company I’ll call.

Alpine was great to work with. I had a faulty furnace that they ended up having to come back multiple times to work on in the span of a few weeks. They were always quick to get me on their schedule when I called and went out of their way to make sure I received the best service possible. I highly recommend them!

Alpine has been amazing to work with for our church. From courteous heads up phone calls, to prompt work being done, I would recommend them to anyone.

I didn't have a heating emergency but my heating system was limping along (mainly on other heating sources). Alpine put me on their schedule as soon as a slot opened up, which turned out to be the next day (even during a nasty cold snap here in Ohio). Chris (technician) was professional and very knowledgeable. I've already asked for a second service call to improve the system.

Alpine came out when they said they would! No surprises. We had a whole new A/C and furnace system put in and everything works great. Would recommend to anyone.

Alpine installed a new furnace for us at the end of 2019. We were in a tough position after septic water poured on our furnace, and a nasty mildew sewage smell started coming through the vents in the middle of the winter. They came out to us within days and installed the new furnace. Very professional and efficient. Not to mention, they came out quickly and condemned the damaged furnace and wrote to our insurance company to make sure it was covered for us.

Alpine came earlier than they said which was a pleasant surprise. Got the work done in a timely manner and was professional.
Will call again when needed.

The experience with the Alpine from start to finish is excellent. The team does a very professional job and does not cut any corners when it comes to quality. Overall, A+ and I'd highly recommend them for a small or large job.

I will use no one but Alpine. They are thorough, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, friendly, and helpful. When the motor on my furnace made sounds that indicated that it could go out at any time, but I had to wait until the next month to afford the repair, they ordered the part and held it for me just incase the motor went before I had the money, it would be there ready for installation. Thank you, Alpine, for being so thoughtful.
