Dylan was a great technician. Upfront, personable, knowledgeable. You told us upfront fair pricing. He will be my requested technician. Got the care package, great value. Thanks for being a company that I can trust. And BTW, love the profile on the technicians, that is such a cool, personable touch. When Dylan arrived I got to ask about his dog Morty, and saw pics adorable. Love this touch.

I just wanted to share my appreciation for David, our service technician. He serviced our home A/C last month and not only went above and beyond in his service, he extended a very thoughtful and caring hand. Our wonderful dog of 10 years had a veterinary emergency during the service call. David was supportive and professional during what was an urgent and emotional event. He stayed as we sped away to make sure our house was secured. That thoughtfulness speaks highly of David and surely the entire team at Buckeye, as do the kind words he left on our service summary: "Love is a four legged word, and it is ok to cry."

Buckeye Heating, Cooling and Plumping was incredible. 24/7 phone lines, scheduled me ASAP and Spencer was amazing. Our issue was an easy fix and else didn’t charge us a dollar for the repair. HIGHLY reccomend and will be using again. They made a stressful situation such a positive experience.

I just received an estimate. The technician was very professional. I can't say that I used Buckeye Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They were just not in my budget.

After dealing with the same issue for two years and having two other companies come out without finding the problem, Buckeye was a total game-changer. Within the first minute, their technician identified the problem and quickly resolved it. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and efficient they were. Their sales team was also fantastic — they took the time to clearly explain the differences between each system they offer, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Buckeye has earned a new loyal customer from here on out. Highly recommend!

Amazing company to work with. We've worked with them for seven years and have always had a positive experience. Most recently our a/c broke unexpectedly, and even though it was the evening they managed to get to us and fix it the same day!

They were on time, and kept us current on his arrival. He had the drain unclogged in no time and made sure to not leave a mess....... and the price was very fair.

Had an inspection done today and the inspector found a faulty contact switch on the heat exchanger. The switch was replaced and the heat pump is working properly. Also noted was a capacitor that was getting out of tolerance on the air handler and would need replaced soon. The technician was knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Saved me big time during the level 3 snow emergency during fern. I had no furnace for 3 days so I was running on eight degrees inside my house freezing all night every night even though he's got stuck in the snow Corey was still able to come through and help us and got my thermostat and furnace going now I'm able to stay warm

Have used Buckeye for over 10 years and they installed our HVAC system and a mini split. Terry has been a regular servicer on our bi-annual maintenance. He is thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.

Technician Ryan was great. He listened our concerns and diagnosed the issues with our new furnace. We were very impressed with his skill and professionalism.

Marc, our technician, came today for our yearly maintenance on our furnace. He thoroughly checked everything and took pictures for future reference. He’s very knowledgeable and we have a lot of confidence with Marc and Buckeye Heating and Cooling.

We had water leaking from the top part of the furnace, the refrigeration part, and were going to leave on a vacation in 3 days. Someone would be staying at our house while we would be gone. It needed fixed immediately. So we called that evening.

Cody came out the next morning and diagnosed the issue. Due to the design of the unit, it would have been really expensive to fix it. Since it was 13 years old, we decided to replace it. Dillon came out that afternoon and we picked out a unit.

Parker and his partner (I wish I could remember his name) came out the next day to do the installation. They were done before 1pm.

We got a discount for being Costco members.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We needed it done quickly and didn't have time to shop around. Everyone was really professional. I would recommend Buckeye.

Max Kovacs recently came out to my home to cable out my kitchen sink drain, he was incredibly professional and polite and did a fantastic job with clean up! He did amazing job ensuring everything was flowing and in working order before he left. Always good to find an amazing company that is honest and backs up their work.

We experienced a gas leak right after this last snowstorm and negative temps. We called Buckeye after hours for emergency repairs. The tech was here in 90 minutes, looked at everything, got to work and was done an hour later, great job. Hosein went above and beyond finding and fixing anything that was broken. We will call Buckeye for anything we need done from now on.

I had a great experience working with Gian R today. He was on time, friendly, seemed knowledgeable about the work that he did, and offered a great price for what we needed done.
