Great service, very professional and Company's service tech was very informative and upfront. Price was better than expected vs other company's in past. Technician was able to get my system up and running where other companies stated it needed to replace led and wasn't repairable. Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know.

AC went out Sunday night and I called Vortec Comfort Solutions and they have service tech sent with a hour. The compressor had a ground fault which wasn’t able to replace due to age. Decided to replace AC and Gas blower unit. They showed up at 8am and had the new unit installed and working by 4pm. Manager and techs was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC work.

I got home from a trip and my AC lines were all frozen up. So I gave them a call on a Sunday when most people wouldn’t even answer the phone. They said they would have someone out there by noon the next day. The next day, Kyle showed up before noon, diagnosed my problem, and got my a/c unit running correctly before the 90 degree temps set in. Great Customer Service starting with the professionalism of the office personal. He was very respectful and asked only questions that truly mattered. He got a tech to my house same day even though it was after hours. The service tech was very professional and got my system up and running. The price was very reasonable and the whole experience was better then any of the other companies that arrived and worked on my system in the past. Our A/C started acting up on Sunday afternoon and Kyle at our door the next day. Kyle was super professional and knowledgeable, he even took the time to explain things I didn’t entirely understand. Highly recommend and if we ever have issues again, Kyle is our guy.

They did my spring service and fully explained what they did to maintain my system. I fell very good knowing my service plan is in place as we go into warmer weather. Ben has taken care of our system for years and has always just been a phone call away.
