All reviews for 918 Construction

918 Construction is by far the best option when it comes to roofing/anything construction. Great communication, and great to work with!

Performed complete roof installation. Exceptional quality workmanship. Workers on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cleanup of job site was impeccable

I would highly recommend 918 Construction for anything and everything. They are great to work with, constantly going above and beyond. After talking with several companies I knew they were the right fit!

highly recommend 918 Construction. Quality work at a fair price. Phil was very good to work with and knowledgeable.
Thank You 918

Jerod and his team were highly professional and delivered right on time and on budget. Will definitely use 918 again!

Found company via Angies List. Quick and clear communication/quotes/scheduling. Job was completed swiftly and completely. We appreciated the quality of work and have hired them for another job. Would recommend.

Project Manager, Phil Bavido, did an excellent job of renovating the older home that I recently bought. All of his team were excellent professionals as well. Thank you, Luis, Alex, Javier, and Eleazar!!! I can not recommend you enough!

Our tile roof had recent ice dam damage in a difficult location surrounding an interior chimney. Leaks around this chimney had caused ceiling damage to an adjoining interior office to the chimney. When leaks started appearing, I called Phil and he promptly sent someone to inspect the damage. Upon further review, it appeared that the entire flashing assembly surrounding the chimney had been affected and had pictures to support their findings. Subsequent rains to the repair have been leak free. His team also repaired the drywall damage from the leaks. Could not have been happier with the work and would recommend 918 construction to others who might need similar repairs.

Was referred by some good friends who spoke very highly of 918 and Phil. I’m delighted to say they were correct and I’ve been very pleased at the communication, workmanship, and attention to detail. I will use them again and have referred business to them. I am very pleased with the work done and the price paid.

Would highly recommend using 918 construction. We called them to repair our roof and they were professional and courteous and walked us through every step of the way. I turn to Phil any time I have any type of home repair needs.

I would highly recommend 918 Construction. Their salesman and installers were both great and easy to work with. When they showed up they got right to work and when they were finished they did a great job cleaning up. Our new roof looks beautiful!! Thanks!!

I highly recommend 918 Construction.... Tyler was very professional, he went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned to help me with my insurance, answering all of my questions and keeping me up to date on scheduling. The crew showed up and went straight to work, they were very neat and professional. Their workmanship is top notch.
I will be holding on to their business card and calling them for all my construction needs.

Phil and Luis have done multiple jobs for us and we couldn’t be happier! They are reliable, friendly, courteous and offer fair, upfront pricing! Just genuinely nice people. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

We had our roof replaced by this great company. They go out of their way to help you out in any way possible. The whole staff...including all the roofing guys are very polite and do a fantastic job. After they get the roof up they make sure their clean-up job is just as great. Will recommend this company to everyone that needs some type of work on the home or any type of construction . Great job guys!

I first used 918 construction for roof work at Grand Lake. My wife called and talked to Phil Bavido who came to Grand to provide an estimate. They did an excellent job repairing a nagging leak that hasn’t leaked since. They showed up as scheduled and finished all work in one day. Many of you know how hard it is to get reliable help at Grand Lake. I have since used 918 construction to repair and paint a couple of duplexes I own in Tulsa. Again the showed up on time and completed work quickly. I will continue to call them for jobs at my home and duplexes. What a great find! Thanks 918 Construction!

I recently had 918 construction re-roof an investment home I have in Tulsa. They were out the following day of my call, provided me a free estimate the same day and actually completed the entire job two days later. Very impressive turn-around and on the ball, I highly recommend using 918 for any roof work you may have.

918 is my "go to" company. They actually listen to what you want and give you honest answers and honest quotes. We mostly use them for roofing but they also do home remodeling. They have been around for a long time. Our person we presently deal with is Vanessa and she is great but other people we have dealt with from 918 have also been very good.

These folks are great and very responsive.

I emailed at 11pm asking a question about some work I needed and by the next morning at 8am I'd already exchanged emails with Tyler and he was eager to get the job done. He was at our house that day and everything was done perfectly. I was more than pleased with their work and eagerness to get things done right away.

They were recommended to me from someone that had previous work done, and I'd recommend them too.

Phil came out to access the project of 2 skylights being replaced that were broken and leaking. He was there when he said he would be which was quite a shock since dealing with other contractors was generally a nightmare. The crew showed up early to do the job on the scheduled day, did a fantastic job, cleaned up and left no mess. The work was fantastic. My wife and I will be using them again and I can recommend them with all honesty. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a French drain system for backyard flooding. The team at 918Construction did a great job and solved my problems. They had a large crew and worked under some tough conditions such as the existing mud and hot, humid weather. The system is functional and the yard was left in good shape for the grass to grow back. I am very pleased with their work and would use them again for any of their other services.

I am in the Insurance industry in the state of Oklahoma which means it's not uncommon to deal with wind/hail issues due to the weather we are blessed with. With that being said, it is extremely important to me that my client's needs are met at a very professional level. I can honestly say that it's extremely helpful to know a company like 918 construction so that when my clients have issues, I feel confident that they will be provided with excellent service. 918 construction has helped several of my clients and I have only heard great reviews. Thank you for operating your business the way you say you will. I would highly recomment 918 construction.
