Brothers has fixed multiple appliances for us and they do a great job every time!

Very thorough and professional. We decided against fixing our microwave due to the cost of parts/verses buying a new one.

John and Tracy have always been polite and professional when they have been on the job. They are very knowledgeable about all the appliances in my home and I can tell by the service they provided, they truly care for us and our home. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service. They worked around my schedule. John arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional. He explained what was going wrong with my dryer and what he had to do to fix it. He was fast and efficient

We had John come out and work on our Samsung fridge. He was on time and very courteous.
He inspected the fridge and told me the problem - very knowledgeable. He said it was a known problem for Samsung and they had a repair kit, which of course he had with him.
He was done with the repair in just over an hour.
I thought cost was reasonable and would recommend Brothers to anyone

I’ve used Jon to repair our upright freezer, our fridge, and then our Jenn Aire dishwasher. He was courteous, explained the issues, explained how he’d repair it, and then did the work. Everything he’s repaired is still working great and we’re happy we found him!

I called on Monday and set an appointment for the following day. The repairman was running late and called to let me know the situation. When he arrived he listened to
everything I was telling him about the problem and went straight to work. Located the problem and worked to be sure everything was in working order before putting the appliance back together. He gave me information to prevent the problem from happening in the future, reset the freezer temp so we could avoid the drain line from freezing in the future. He was very respectful to my property. I will be calling him in the future if anything breaks down and would be happy to recommend them to family and friends.
More than reasonable in the charges.

John was great and very professional.
Company sends a text to confirm appointment and then sends another text when they are in transit for the appointment John explained everything that he was doing to the dryer and why he was doing it. Will definitely use them again when needed.
