Very professional and easy to work with. The roofers came out and hit the job done quick and cost to fix our roof was very reasonable. If we need roof repair or replacement in the future we will call Blacksmith again.

Blacksmith Roofing is top notch! From the time they came out for the initial inspection to the time they did the final walk through! Easy to work with and willing to work with us and the insurance company. The crew was fantastic! They showed up on time, got everything done and cleaned up! Dillon was always available when we had questions about the process! Definitely would recommend!

I can honestly say there was nothing in my experience with Blacksmith Roofing that was not 5 stars. Ryan was an excellent salesman and was eager and prompt to answer questions and provide assistance. Austin provided excellent project management and the crew was prompt, professional, and amazingly efficient in replacing the roof. We had an incredible experience with this company. Steven was extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company and then explaining the entire process to us. Communication was great throughout with everyone at Blacksmith. One month after they were paid in full, I had a question and someone was sent out within a day to correct a very minor issue. They obviously care about the customer during and AFTER the work is done. Highly recommend!!

From the first time I contacted Blacksmith they continued to give very timely updates, progress reports, and what to expect all the way until we installed our new roof that we Love! Our new roof was the result of an insurance claim due to a hail storm. The claim was first denied then with the help of Steven Ragsdale and the entire Blacksmith roofing team the Insurance company came to understand the extent of the damage. I will recommend Blacksmith to all family and friends. Thank you!

We didn't think we had storm damage till a week later when water started dripping thru our ceiling. Still pouring outside, we eventually were able to go out and check things. Nothing. So I was able to get ahold of blacksmith. They agreed to come out and check it out but would be friday(this was monday). They called same day and said they could come Tuesday. Great. The examiner came Tuesday. Had quote for 375 to fix the chimney flashing that was old and needed replaced. Agreed on quote. Things were completed on Wednesday. No hassles, extremely effortless and friendly in every type of communication. Thank you

He did a very thorough inspection, and was a great advocate for me dealing with my insurance company. He took care of everything. And Austin kept me informed for the install. I want to give a big huge thanks to Blacksmith Roofing! Sometimes contractors can be really pushy and disrespectful to a single woman getting bids for work. Not these guys! Each step of the process of straightforward and chill. I never felt rushed to make a decision, but I also knew that they cared about taking good care of my home. Theirs was the best price out of three estimates, and the work is perfect. Communication was easy - no hitches whatsoever. I will definitely work with this company in the future.

I had a leak in my less than 5 year old roof. I submitted a request on their website and Victoria was in touch with me. She confirmed my phone number and address. Brooks and Paxton inspected my roof, gave me a diagnosis, and walked me through the process. They were both very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They followed up later to check if I had any questions which I loved! To me this shows that they are thinking about the customer and making themselves accessible, very customer focused!
The bid arrived through email, I was able to sign electronically, I got someone scheduled to come out the next day. Right before 4th of July!! Literally, July 3rd!
On July 3rd, someone came to repair my roof around the chimney. I did not get his name but he was very kind, fast, and professional. He matched my shingles and laying pattern perfectly. The flashing around the chimney looks A LOT better than before. They cleaned up after themselves and it was like no one was ever there. Again, Brooks called to follow up which again, I loved! I was billed the following week, I appreciate them not billing me on a holiday weekend while I'm away with my family. It has rained a couple of times since the install and no leak!

I truly had a good experience with Blacksmith Roofing. After my repair was complete, Dylan came by, checked the repair and I was very happy with him doing this for us. Austin did a a great job too. I really appreciate both of them. If the need arises again, I would definitely use Blacksmith Roofing. It may be difficult to find a company to trust these days, but both of these employees put that thought to rest for us. Exceptional customer service!

Working with Ryan from Blacksmith Roofing was a breeze. Anytime I needed him to look at something or go over estimates/quotes from insurance he was available.

The crew that came and did the install started at 6 AM sharp and finished in the late afternoon. I was shocked they could do the entire house in 1 day.

Ryan did the inspection the next day and noticed a couple little issues but had a crew come back out the following day and fix them. Now the roof looks perfect.

We got our roof fully replaced 2 years ago by Blacksmith Roofing. Just had them replace my grandmas roof last week. This company goes above and beyond working with insurance and gives you options! We didn’t end up financing but it’s a great perk if you need it! Their communication is on point and they are very professional. I recommend them to everyone I know!
I’d also like to add that they came and put tarps up, so the storm damage didn’t get worse while we were figuring everything out.

I had a great experience with Blacksmith Roofing! We had leak in a rent house we own during the recent round of rain and wind. We wanted to use a local Broken Arrow company if possible, and Blacksmith came up during our search. Their reviews were great so I gave them a call. The inspector identified two possible causes. They worked us into their schedule and were able to get the work done the day before the last round of storms. I highly recommend them. They were responsive, professional and reasonably priced.

Blacksmith roofing was extremely helpful when dealing with my roof repairs. They sent someone out quickly to assess the damage and tarp anything they thought needed. They took pictures and discussed them with me before talking to the insurance company. Dillon work on my case with me and the adjuster letting me know everything. He even worked through the weekend. When repairs were scheduled , Austin contacted me quickly and let me know a repair crew would be heading to my house. The repairs were completed quickly and safely. Austin checked back after the repairs to make sure I was satisfied and to answer any questions. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. After finishing complete reroofing end of OCT 24, my roofing contractor had to redo the crown area on the north peak and the sloping face above our living room in FEB 25 because of leaks into our living room. Due to poor work, the leaks continued all the way to today. I hired Blacksmith Roofing on my neighbors recommendation after he found leaks on the roof of his just bought house and fixed the issues. I also all USAA, the military bank and insurance company, and the gave me good reports on Blacksmith. After I hired him to do a full roof inspection, his team spent a few hours in the attic and on the roof. After that Blacksmith provided a precise report that pointed out poor worksmanship by the original contractor back by pictures of the issues on north roof which is directly over the leaks in my LR. I'm now taking action against the original roofer based on the roof inspection report. Strongest recommendation for Blacksmith Roofing and their boss.
