Don't even think about doing business with this company.

Had a clogged water line that supplied the Ice Maker. Essentially took 2 hours to tie in a pex water line with a couple 90 degree turns, a shutoff valve, and T that I should have just done myself because they charged me $370.00. Nice people that get the job done, but unreasonable on price, unorganized, and took way to long. Will not be using again.

We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Rimer Plumbing regarding our main water line. When Jimmy and Dylan came out to assess the issue, I explained upfront that I suspected the entire line might need replacement due to an active leak. I was also told they would check under the house to rule out any additional problems, but they never did. Instead, they assured us that only a very small section required repair and charged us $267.03 for the job.

Despite this, the main water line is still leaking. When we called the Rimer Plumbing to report the ongoing problem, Jimmy answered but said he didn't have time to talk because he was heading into a meeting and would call us back. That call never came.

We are now worried that the continued leak could lead to mold or other costly damage if not addressed promptly. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and based on the service we've received, I cannot recommend Rimer Plumbing. I still hope the company will take responsibility and resolve the issue.
