The team was knowledgeable, professional, conducted a thorough investigation, and were able to explain exactly what they were doing in easy to understand terms. Justin of Active Electric did an excellent rebuilding the electrical mess that was caused by the tornado. The previous owner rebuilt the garage but did nothing regarding the electrical mess. Justin removed all of the electrical mess and replaced the items I asked for. He did an excellent job, and I am very happy to have electric service in the garage. I highly recommend Justin with Active Electric.

Requested a service online before business hours. Was called back that day to schedule a service for the next day. Justin was very friendly and professional got the generator fixed that day. Would highly recommend.

I was having a problem with my Generac and Justin was referred to me by my regular electrician. Justin gave me a call and from the information I gave him, he decided that I needed to take a look at the little information screen and tell him what error codes were on there so he could see if he even needed to come by. Once I got back home where I could check the error codes I gave him a call and he walked me through the reset. We checked out several other Codes. He was very pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable.By the time we were done he didn’t even have to come over. I can’t thank him enough for getting us back up and running before “Snowmageddon” rolls in here in a couple of days.He didn’t charge us anything and I promised him he would be my first call from now on.
