I contacted them today to service my AC and had let them know what I had done and what the problem was. He talked to me for about 5 minutes and assured me I was on the right track and could probably fix it myself and save some money; but did offer to come out if I wanted. His advice was spot on, and I can tell you they are a very honest, competent, and a professional business. I will use them for any HVAC needs from now on. Much appreciated!

Gary has been supporting my HVAC for almost 15 years now and he doesn't disappoint at any time. Always responsive, professional, and explains everything, which goes a long way with me!

I was very pleased, I had an emergency and Gary came out, he knew what was wrong, and fixed it. He called back to see how the heat pump was working, what a great Customer Service!

Gary was great. Had a different company come out last year because we had a problem cooling a bonus room. They loosen wires and told us we needed a new compressor. Had Gary come out to take a look. He found the problem of the loose wires fixed it and the a/c was back to normal. Gary explain the problem with the bonus room was the insulation and not the a/c at all. He is a very honest businessman

We have ambitious dogs who like to destroy our home, A.I.R. has helped us out twice and has done a great job both times. He responds quickly and makes time to schedule us without delay. Last time he even repaired some wiring that had nothing to do with my HVAC system too. I would absolutely recommend!

These guys are terrific. Got my AC up and running and keeping me cool. My electric bill has been about $30 a month lower over the past 4 years since they put in my new Trane system. The first time it had a problem, they were out on the day I requested and got my unit fixed. I cannot recommend them any more highly.

Just left my house and I was so impressed with his work. Fit us in the day we called after we have been without air all weekend, explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable with what he was doing and seeing, extremely fair price and great work. We are new to the area and so glad we found someone dependable!

This company is top-notch! I called close to the end of the (working) day a couple weeks ago. It was one of the hottest days of the year to that point and our AC unit was not cooling the house. Gary came out and diagnosed the problem, replaced a capacitor and flushed the condenser coil and made sure it was working properly before he left. He followed up about a week later to make sure it was still working. I know I will have to replace this unit some day (it's older) and will not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommend.

Had some issues with our Armstrong heat pump and Gary came over and got it worked out really quickly and efficiently! If you need a quality HVAC technician at an affordable price in the Choctaw area definitely hit him up.

Beyond impressed with A.I.R Plus! After moving into our home 3 weeks ago with a dated system that we knew was going to need attention we had the unfortunate realization that our vents stopped blowing air at all! They were able to come early next day after a late afternoon call. Gary was professional and a pleasure to deal with. They called right at the beginning of the time window they had quoted me and informed me they would arrive within the hour and arrived even earlier than that. All in all the were able to diagnosis and correct our issue and run a full thourough inspection on our 18+ year old system within about 2 hours. Walked us through everything the found and gave us the opportunity to get a second opinion if we would like before the actually changed anything. The cost was VERY affordable and I could not be more pleased with their service. I would, and will, recommend them to anyone in their serviceable area in the future!

Gary Collins came at the appointed time, found the problem with my gas wall furnace quickly, was able to fix it immediately. I had another problem a couple of weeks later that ended up being totally unrelated; but they stood behind their 30 day guarantee and got me fixed up. Great know-how and superb service!

A/C went out with forecast of heat index of 110 degrees, though for sure was going to be in a hotel for the weekend. Gary somehow found a way to fit me in his packed schedule! There's a reason he is the only A/C repair company ill use! I had been having issues with my heater blowing cool air on and off for the last two winters and had two different servicemen come out to troubleshoot the problem on numerous occasions. I was already $500+ in, with no resolve. Finally fed up, I reached out to a city worker for assistance in finding a reputable HVAC specialist and after reading exemplary reviews, I contacted Gary at A.I.R. Plus. I didn't call, I emailed and to my surprise he contacted me early the following day. He was very professional and from just listening to me explain what my system was doing, he made suggestions of what it may be. Wow, already working for me! He was booked and was very apologetic for that, but assured me he would work me in on the following Monday, which was fine since my heater hadn't been on the fritz for a few days by then. He came out and was quite pleasant and got right to work. He explained to me his findings and as the saying goes, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough". Well, I understood exactly what he said to me. He opened an interior door and blocked an intake and just like that, we were back in business and have been getting heat for a week now! I mean not once has it malfunctioned. It feels great to not awake or return home to a cold home. With the bitter cold being our nemesis here lately, I cannot thank Gary enough for his expertise. He was honest and fixed me right up, but to know he talked to me like my concerns mattered was a BIG deal. If you're out there looking for an experienced, honest HVAC specialist, A.I.R. Plus is the place to call. And just so you all know, I just so happen to work for the State and checked him out myself. Our air conditioning system was not working and Gary tried helping me out over the phone during this COVID-19 time. Together we determined he needed to come out. He made it out the next day or so and found the problem luckily there was no damage to the system and was on his way. He called a week later to check on us and check on the system and that was much appreciated. excellent service

Can't say enough about Gary. He knows his craft like the back of his hand. He made time in his busy pack filled day to make it over to repair our heater that was not heating. We are so grateful we didn't have to spend another night in negative temperatures. We believe in supporting our local businesses it's more then just a job to them, unlike a name brand company. Gary returned my call right away and was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday afternoon when our unit went out. He was able to figure out the part that wasn't working and even gave us the option of waiting to replace the part ourselves if we wanted. As it was blazing hot outside and he had the part, we definitely let Gary replace it. He was very reasonably priced. I was glad to use someone locally also. He even gave suggestions on air filters that would help with our allergies. I will recommend A.I.R. to anyone needing their services!

I am a plumber who worked for two very large mechanical companies who had large teams of HVAC technicians so I know many of them personally.

Even though I knew a bunch of guys that could do the work, getting the correct diagnosis and fixing my home air conditioning unit was always troublesome.

I found Gary while trying to sell a house. My heater went out the day of the inspection. He was able to come by and fix the problem on time and at a reasonable price.

I had him look at my mom's air conditioner this year because I have had problems with it for the last three years. He gave me options to fix it correctly and options to save me some money and try to get through another season without replacing the system.

My mother tells me it is cooling better than it ever has.

There are several processes to repair units and install them correctly. Unfortunately there are many companies that only want to sell new units when sometimes things can be repaired and they just don't have the technical knowledge to do the repair.

If you have heating or air conditioning problems I highly recommend Gary.

One final note, during the summer guys like Gary are extremely busy and work long hours in very grueling heat. Schedule him in the spring or fall to check out your system before there is an emergency and he is booked out too far to help you.

In emergency situations you have to call who is available, and usually those are not the people you want working on your system.

Called Gary on a Friday afternoon to fix my mobile home heat furnace. He arrived Friday evening and diagnosed the problem. He was able to get the correct part on Saturday morning and had the heat furnace working correctly by noon. He was very thorough and professional. He did a great job getting me heat on one of the coldest weekends of the year.

I have used this company since 2017 and Gary is always very professional and keeps you informed on what he finds and what he does to fix your problem or problems. He knows what he is doing and is very reasonable. He continues with a followup after he has completed the job at hand to make sure everything is okay.

Gary came out right at 5pm. Although he could have gone home and returned the next morning, he chose to come on out and fixed the issue within 30 minutes rather than leaving us to sweat out the night with the weather reaching 100 degrees. Thank you very much Gary!

I needed a second opinion because a company from Shawnee was trying to take advantage of me due to my American Home Shield warranty.Gary was happy to come out on a Saturday morning when I could be available to look my system over and pressure test it for me. Gary proved to me that my system was not as low on freon as the other company said, and that my ac evaporator piping was indeed the right size per code. He used a leak detector to prove to me that my coil was leaking, because the company that the home warranty sent out refused to use a leak detector. He discussed the issues with my system and was honest with me.
