We had a water leak and ABC came out and fixed it.

Had a issue with my water well and couldn't find anyone else that had the knowledge to fix it. The owner came out and gotten me all fixed up. I recommend his services, they also do heat and air.

ABC Plumbing has been an amazing company to work with! Their staff is friendly and very serviceable! They look to do what is right for each customer, and their work ethic and customer care is unparalleled.

So glad I called, ABC is local and they came right away. Brian and his team set us at ease, they clearly explained our hvac problem (a clogged drain that backed up and leaked through the ceiling after years of no maintenance) which the plumber (of another company who didn’t work with hvac)had discovered after tearing open the ceiling. They quickly cleaned out the build up and the hvac was running great. They also offer restoration , electrical, heating, air and plumbing services, so the drywall and paint were replaced and it looks like we never had a leak. ABC is now on my phone, thankfully I won’t need to call anyone else.

Brian had to find a part that was not readily available. He did find it and had to drive to Tulsa from Miami, Ok. He then installed the part and valve. He worked diligently and was able to repair the bathtub faucet. I am very appreciative of all the work he did and how pleasant he was throughout the process. This was expensive, but I assume the price I paid was fair.

Very prompt, reliable, professional but feel pricing a little too high.

Be very sure you get a written estimate before work starts. The work I was billed for was $1200 more than what was estimated once he came to the property and did a visual inspection. None of the additional charges were discussed prior to the work being started or during, only after the job was complete. It was a total surprise to me and my family during a very difficult financial season.

I tried editing my firsf reveiw cause i had all kinds of mistakes, so this one will be alot shorter cause im tired of messing with this company. So first off, never on time. Last appt we was suppose 2 have he (the owner Brian) said he wld call to say when he cld make it to use a camera 2 shove up the furnace to see if he broke it cause he had to yank and pull with all his mite to pull the valve body out on a furnace that is old as this house and we have been here since 1965. Cant be doin stuff like that on an old old furnance. Plus he broke the pilot knob into pcs. Now the valve body wiggles which never has b4 and after he fixed this gas leak on it all of a sudden after bein on 4 a bit we got smell of gas. Ong comes back out and cldnt find any leaks and we both think what its doin now is building up carbon monoxide and the by product of that is aldehyde. Brian says you cant get sick from breathing in these gases. He is licensed wjth ong also, and use to work for them. I said dude you can die, go into a coma plus all the symptons we had from thd aldehyde. Puking headaches bad taste in mouth and so on. His apprentice Neil has bit of a attitude problem that i had 2 calm him down after i said you know who didnt put us on this planet. He thinks we are the only living beings here and tbats it. Fixed one thing i told him we dont use also told him about 1 other we dont use and thatz fine he didnt repipe that one. Theres much more 2 tell like him charging my senior mother over 6grand 2 add a few hoses and and on off valves and put sealer on our existing pipes and a few other very minor small issues, besids i adledgly think he broke our furnace which we cant use cause of the gas buid up. So most of this work was basically all for not had he not pulled and yanked on that furnance that we use every yr with no problems. He said ur vent must be clogged. Nope. Sorry bri guy but i only tell the truth. Like i said so much more i could talk about but instead, just save urself alot of heart ache and dont call them for natural gas issues. Who knows he may know a little sumtn about water and unclogging ur pooper.
