Ryan came out today to tune up the heater system, he was very professional , friendly , and checked everything! He showed us what future issues we could have and how we can prevent them! We are very satisfied with his work!!! Big thanks to Ryan! Keep up the awesome work!

Edited to add furnace experience. Caleb & Talon were an absolute pleasure to have out at our house. they were smart, kind & very knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to & very easy to trust which is huge to us because we have little kids. they offered us up front & awesome pricing as well as explanations for everything they found. I could not recommend the company or these two anymore!! Ryan Horn did our furnace checkup today & I cannot say enough amazing things about him! He was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. He went above & beyond to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. This place has the best people!! Definitely ask for them when you have an appt with innovative air:)

I had a neighbor recommend this company, this might be funny but we turn our a/c on every night in the winter, we like it cold when we sleep. Well the night before Christmas Eve our a/c stopped working so I called and explained that we are not as important as people with emergency heat problems but that we need someone as soon as someone would be free and they had someone here the day after Christmas! We were very impressed with someone coming so quickly! Ryan came out and diagnosed the problem, he was very thorough about explaining the problem and showing everything to us! He got it fixed and made sure everything worked correctly before he left! He was so respectful of our home that every time he came in and out of our house he put covers over his shoes, he even put them on to come into our front porch! Super polite and respectful! I highly recommend!

Ryan came to do my initial startup for the new furnace, awesome!! He was super friendly, explained everything and had a safe presence. (Which is huge for women!!!)
He also changed all my filters for me. Super happy with him!!
The company was also really easy to schedule with and they send you a picture and small background info on the technician that is coming to your house. (Great safety protocol!!)

It was our first time using this company.
Ryan came out for routine maintenance on our heating system this morning, and we were extremely impressed with his customer service and knowledge about the systems. He was so nice, very thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also took in depth pictures to show us exactly what he was talking about. We will definitely use them again and hopefully Ryan will be the one that services us again!

Caleb is great. He’s done my tuneups and service calls multiple times now. Always glad to see he’s the tech coming because I trust him to get the job done right and quick. Highly recommend.

Ryan Horn came to my home today to check over a new thermostat I had installed on my own. Turns out I did the install correctly but hadn’t correctly set up setting info. (I’m still giving myself life points for the install though lol) Turns out two of the three relays on my system were not responding cause my furnace to lack in performance during those really cold days. Ryan helped me sign up for the friends and family membership to lower the cost of my relay replacement bill as well as have me set up for annual cleanings and other savings throughout the year. All in all VERY satisfied with the service both at the office and service level. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Ryan Horn today. He was on time and so easy to speak with and work with. His professionalism was incredible. He explained in detail what he was checking (and he checked everything). Answered all my questions and explained what he had done after he was finished. Very thorough. Helped us get our heat back on and didn’t cost a fortune. Ryan is a guy I could go have a cup of coffee with because he was so easy to visit with. Each person I have spoken to at American Home Pros has been great to work with.

Great and speedy service! Our technician Ryan was super nice and skilled. He was able to quickly assess why our heater wasn’t working, and not only fixed our heater but also gave us recommendations for preventing the same problem in the future.
