Incompetent. Poor customer service. I would avoid at all cost.
Reply to Owner: Apparently your company is disorganized as well. You and I personally corresponded multiple times over the course of a year regarding a variety of issues with the home. Due the the amount of frustration I received trying to get you to fix these issues, required per our sales contract, I am no longer interested in having you "make things right." This post is simply to inform others and hopefully prevent them from having the same frustrations and added expenses on their end to fix your incompetent mistakes. In addition, hopefully this serves as a learning experience for you as a business owner to always follow through with your contractual agreements.
