Cushing plumbing was great!! They were the 3rd plumber I had called in 3 weeks due to a leak from our master bath into our master closet. I couldn't get anyone to call back and Cushing plumbing called back within 30 minutes and came out the next day. Very professional, communication was fantastic, so easy to work with. The cost was definitely far less than I had expected as well. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future!

We had such a clog water was backing up in all the rains. They came out within a few hours and had our pipes draining perfectly. The price was great too. Impressed. Hopefully we won't have another issue, but if we do we know who we are calling again. Definitely recommend these folks.

My partner and I found ourselves dealing with a backed-up drain just after a major freeze, with a lot of plumbers understandably busy. We inquired with Cushing Plumbing Heat & Air and were treated courteously and professionally in all our dealings. They were able to take care of the issue in just a couple of days and charged us considerably less than expected. My thanks to them and I look forward to more business in the future.

They showed up sooner than expected and had the problem solved in an hour. There was a hiccup though and a lot of work was done by these guys trying to solve the ancillary problem that arose. But I was not charged for the extra work that was required. Thanks David, Cesar, and Jon.

Was in town doing work and couldn't find the parts I needed at any store so I swung in and asked if they might have it. Even though they didn't have the part they was very friendly and knowledgeable about helping me find a solution that worked.

Horrible. They were on my road and then their boss called them off.

Would not recommend them sent a guy out to repair my ac unit beginning of this year and he fixed it but than broke my fan and tried to say it was already broke got a second opinion and was told they ripped a sauteed wire out to make the fan stop to charge me extra second opinion came from stillwater advantage and they were even cheaper

All they did was replace a bathtub faucet with easy access, and they charged us well over $900! They refuse to give estimates before performing the work. We were shocked when the plumber, as he was leaving, said it would be $700, and we were really shocked when the actual cost was over $900! We feel we were at their mercy and that they got away with highway robbery.

Don't have a personal experience with them, but my cousin said they charged her $900 to replace a bathtub faucet. She said that they had come out and messed with the faucet for a few minutes, and that they couldn't turn the water completely off after that. So they had to call them back, and they replaced the faucet, and charged $900. They did not give an estimate, and they did not know the bill till they were done, so the price was a complete shock. They are struggling, so cannot afford this, and Cushing Plumbing did not care. That is excessive for the work they did. I guess they didn't even allow them to make payments. It seems like this business was trying to take advantage of them. So, based on what she said, I very happily give this business a well deserved 1!
