I have purchased two mini splits from here and they have always been friendly and very knowledgeable about the mini split units. I also purchased a Ryobi dual fuel heater. I would highly recommend them.

Robert has been amazing to work with. I was going to buy a minisplit from him but then another unit we had been looking at became available so we opted not to buy with Robert at the time, well that was a huge mistake. The other seller never showed up with our product and left us waiting for hours after we spoke on the phone and he confirmed delivery. The next morning I reached back out to Robert who got me a unit the same day and then when my professional installation tech had questions Robert spoke with him personally and even drew a diagram for him. Install went super smooth after that and we have ice cold air. Thank you Robert.

They are scammers they sold us two mini splits that don't work I've been calling and messaging many times asking them to fix or replace them because they still have the warranty and they refuse to do anything and the owner called me one day insulting me and saying I broke them this company is nothing but scammers and crooks if you want mini splits do your research and avoid this company.
