Our AC system would not kick on even though thermostats said it was. Had a Saturday visit from Will and of course right before Will arrived the system kicked on. He checked everything while it was running and it all checked out. WELL…today early AM it shut off and did not turn back on. Called Integrated again and Will can back out again. Will is very professional and listened to what I had to say. Additionally he never once made me feel like I was just blowing smoke. Today he sat in our attic in 93 degree weather for over an hour figuring out which wire was being the pain (he used more technical terms but this is how I interpreted it). He was detailed in making sure to find out what was going on with our system. I will ask for Will again and from now on. Thank you Will and Intregrated HVAC!!

The team at Intergrated are amazing they go above and beyond to help their customers we have older unit and most companies would just tell you to replace but they did not they called all over to find the part we needed that that was back ordered for over 6 months but they tracked one down and installed it and got our AC working. It’s 104 degrees out side so you can imagine how happy we are to have our AC working again. Thank you to all at Intergrated you are a rare find and you have a customer for life.K Holland

Justin Woody came to my house today for the semi-annual hvac tuning He has been to my house before. He always explains what he is going to do, he is a very pleasant young man and does a great job.
Justin Woody was also helping today. Both men are hard workers.!

Great customer service, Morgan helped out getting us scheduled quickly and answered all the questions we had.

I was referred to Integrated for some electrical stuff that needed done and the electrician was fast and reasonably priced. When I learned they had a Heat and Air division also I had them out to do some repairs on our units. I think so highly of all the guys that have come to our house. I’m also very impressed with Shelley their appointment coordinator for she’s always quick to respond. We purchased Integrated’s
service plan and were shocked that they contacted us when it was time for service. Great Company/People !!!

Integrated is a company that stands by the word. Tim has always been a pleasure to work with and will go above and beyond to make sure you get top notch service. I appreciate their expertise in all things hvac related. Highly recommend.

I scheduled a general check up today on my 20+ year old system. The tech was very informative and very professional! Checked the pressures, freon, furnace, and that everything was functional. While the system is old, it is still getting the job done, albeit in a less efficient way. Didn't try to sell me anything I did not need but that I should be prepared for it to continue to decline. I would recommend Integrated to everyone! They plan to send me a quote for a replacement system so that I know what I potentially have to be prepared for. It may be fine for years to come but I trust these guys when things need repaired!

Everybody at Integrated has been great to work with. When our HVAC system went down last summer, Mark and his crew took care of putting in a new system right away. It has proven to be very efficient in heating and cooling our home and saving us money with our utility bills.

Our builder John recommended Integrated HVAC. Justin Doolittle the technician was very professional and did a great job on our 4 units.

I woke up to 2 deg temp outside and a heater that was not heating! I called and they said they could have someone at my place in 30 minutes. And they did. Cade diagnosed the problem in minutes and had be up and running in no time. When he explained that my unit had a p-trap that had frozen and that heat tape would solve the problem--I just happened to have some. He even installed it for me. Very pleased and will ditch the other company who said they could get to me in 4-days! Satisfied beyond words!

I work for a big facilities management company in the education sector and I have roughly 800 apartments at my current account. I reached out to Integrated to see if they could help us with our residential HVAC needs and I am happy to report that they have been very diligent, communitive, professional, understanding, and timely in their responses. Every time I call in a request for services it has always been met with cheerfully voice and a sense of prioritization. Working in the education sector it comes with a unique set of challenges and anytime something comes up Integrated HVAC is very understanding and is willing to accommodate and adapt their services to better meet our needs. I would highly recommend anyone seeking residential HVAC services to give them a call.

Justin Doolittle serviced my a c unit and furnace. He did a very good job and is very competent at what he does. Also very personable and answered my many questions. A five star employee for sure.

I selected Integrated HVAC for a maintenance contract and have been very pleased. My system is new and the service technician, Kirby, was extremely good at spending extra time explaining all of the features and functionality. Justin Doolittle came to my home today for a spring maintenance check, and he did an awesome job explaining what he did, offering me choices, and thoroughly checking all of our systems. He was also troubleshooting a strange noise we have been hearing, and he was able to solve the problem.

Wonderful group of guys. Having had such extensive issues that my builder left me with, Integrated has been top notch. Kyle, and both Justin's and all the guys have been very kind and willing to explain things.

These guys were the best we've ever had come work on our air systems. They were polite, communicative, and considerate! They made us feel like our job was important to them by giving us all the time and answers we needed to make informed decisions. When they left, our issues were resolved and where they had worked was tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrated HVAC!

Integrated HVAC installed the HVAC systems in our new home during construction and did a great job. A few months into living in the house, we had an issue with one of the AC units short cycling.

We called Integrated for a service call to check out the issue. An appointment was scheduled right away with a very professional dispatch team. Technicians Cole and Josh showed up on time to diagnose and fix the problem. These two guys were tenacious in their efforts to diagnose and correct what turned out to be a complicated issue with our AC unit and a faulty thermostat. Guys did a great job, took their time explaining the issue and then fixing it. Both were professional, on time and were good to work with. They even helped us with a few other minor issues.

Highly recommend Integrated HVAC, and specifically Cole/Josh.
