All reviews for Impact Construction Group

They stopped by on a neighborhood Cold Call canvassing. Like several before them, I said "Sure take a look at my roof..." and I explained exactly what other companies had found and where to look. They confirmed what others had said. Like the others they said "We'll get back to you.." The difference is, they actually did. Within a day !!

They got up on my roof, found the few small issues that needed attention and took care of them. No high pressure up-sales or dire storylines. I asked how much and they said No Charge. They said they felt sad about how others had made their industry look bad with their poor service and wanted to make it right.

THAT is the type of professionalism and dedication that has been lost to so many small contractors.

I'm almost waiting for the next hail storm just so I can hire them.
Thanks guys !!

After a few years of our homeowners insurance denying claims for a new roof, Impact Roofing came to the rescue. Impact had a new roof approved, paid for, and installed in record time. It was a great experience and our new roof looks fantastic.

Repaired a hole in my roof and replaced electrical mast boot. Casey was a God sent! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Completed the job the following day. Rates can't be beat. I would reccomend Impact Construction and will definetely be a return customer in the future. Thank you Casey!

Impact Roofing responded promptly to concerns I had last month. Staley made sure I was taken care of. Levon and all his staff are so helpful and nice. Even the receptionist called to let me know they were running a little behind, which I always appreciate from companies but don’t always get. Thanks!!

These guys are incredible. They keep you informed and on track through the entire process. We weren’t scheduled for another week, when they called us to say they had an opening, if we were interested. As luck would have it it was perfect timing. We said yes, and they sent two crews to our house. Literally, they completed our entire roof, start to finish, in one day. Cleaned up, picked up any stray nails with a big magnet, and hauled off all the trash. These guys are professional, courteous, and are very educated. I recommend “Impact Construction”, without hesitation, to everyone that needs roofing. They’re fair and honest. Something that’s difficult to find in today’s world. They also deal with the Insurance Company for you, with no hassle. We are extremely satisfied with the work they accomplished. If ever needed, we will definitely call them again...

Carlton at Impact Construction group was very helpful in explaining processes and questions and prompt in making and keeping appointments. He clarified insurance questions and made sure coverage was understood. Quality and transparency and prime concern for the customer were shown at every level. Company seems to seek total satisfaction and quality for their work, and for the customer, and that is one big plus!

I used Impact Construction to replace my roof and gutters after the October ice Storm in 2020. They did an excellent job. They were timely and punctual throughout the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises.

Great customer service and very responsive to our situation. Discovered two roof leaks on Monday evening and called Donna with Impact Construction Group and she was so helpful. She worked on getting a crew to come out on Tuesday to get the roof leaks stopped at no charge ! Donna kept us in the loop and contacted us numerous times during the day to let us know when crew would be out and understood our immediate needs. We highly recommend Impact Construction Group in Edmond, Oklahoma!

I have had to deal with multiple roof replacements as a homeowner in Oklahoma. I highly recommend Impact, definitely the best experience I have had yet. In addition to the original installation a follow up concerning a small leak around the fireplace was handled quickly and effectively.

A big thank you to Impact Construction Group for getting this roof done for us. Carlton Thonton and Larry Thompson went above and beyond working with the insurance company to get this job done. I’ve worked with several roofers before and these guys have been the most educated and integrity-filled people to work with. Reach out to them for any of your construction/ roofing needs.

It was a first time that I ever had a roof replaced. And I was so grateful that I met Carlton. Without his help, we would not have been able to get our roof replaced by our insurance company outstanding work I would definitely refer him to family and friends.

Impact Construction has been consistently reliable in its service. The company's representatives are professional, courteous, and prompt in their response.

Very easy to work with. Gave us an honest assessment of our roof and explained what potential issues to look for.

Impact Construction was amazing! They helped us through to whole process and made it so easy! I would hire them to do my roof any day of the week!

I highly recommend Impact Construction Group. Levon and the team do an excellent job and are easy to work with. They educated us on roofing specifics, offered advice on options, were timely, and communicated well on the next steps. The installation was professionally done, with top workmanship, with no issues. Impact was outstanding from start to finish!

A couple weeks ago, had a couple north side shingle tabs break off due to high wind. Wanted to express my gratitude to Staley, Levon, Arthur and Donna for setting up and following through with a quick well-done repair before the next rounds of wind and rain. Going on 6 years after complete roof replacement with lifetime repair, thanks for quickly taking excellent care of us.

We had Impact out to our home to replace a French door, side garage door and fix a few sheetrock holes in a spare bedroom. Could not be more pleased with the work that was done! The guys were there when they said they would be. They stayed until the work was complete and to my satisfaction! There were a few changes that had to be made, but solutions were given and decisions were made together. All the men that showed up at my home were professional and took great pride in their crafts!! We will have them back when the next project comes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IMPACT CONSTRUCTION GROUP!
THANK YOU LEVON!!!

Levon and Impact Roofing have helped us at our nonprofit community development agency in a variety of ways. Really thankful for their wisdom and integrity. If you need someone you can trust, give them a call. They’ll take care of you and they’ll do great work.

We’ve had some substantial damage to our roof with recent hailstorms. After being told by another roofing company that they would not touch our roof, we called Impact Construction Group for help. During the initial inspection from Roger O., damage was found on the roof. This was causing water to enter through our attic, then leaking through the ceiling. Roger explained the severity of the damages, and quickly scheduled time to come back out to provide a temporary repair until the roof replacement can be completed. The service we have received from Roger has been nothing short of amazing. He was very thorough in his explanations, provided details of what he was doing, and when he was doing it, answered all of our questions and concerns – regardless of how many times we asked the same question. He is patient, kind and extremely professional. The experience we have received thus far has really put our family at has really put our ease during the storm season. I am certain when the roof is completely repaired and replaced, we will continue to be 100% satisfied customers.

After a recent hail storm in Blanchard, OK, Impact Construction put a new roof, guttering, and garage doors on our house. They did an excellent job! They used superior materials and their employees are curious, neat, and do great work.

My husband is a retired home builder and he highly recommends them. You will not go wrong choosing Impact Construction in Edmond!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Impact Construction Group inspect the roof on my home. It was apparent that Staley was a professional, and he conducted himself with the utmost class. I can not recommend this company enough. It was a comforting experience, and with the constant pressure of a demanding economy, it was a pleasant surprise to feel like a valued customer again. Thank you again for a well needed display of consideration!
