Cody and his team have completed multiple jobs for us and we have been very happy with them! They recently completed a 10,000 SF TLE (The Learning Experience) and Primrose at 13,700 SF in which they were the MEP subs. The project managers for each trade have been excellent to deal with. I have used Tankco on several commercial projects and have had nothing but successful dealings. I would highly recommend Tankco for any commercial project.

My Heater went completely out late afternoon on 1-22. I called Tankco & left a message. Tankco responded immediately & informed me they would be by the next day on 1-23, the Technician came on 1-23 & replaced a part. It was working & getting warm & unfortunately, it went out again that evening. I reached out to Tankco again that evening & the Tech informed me he would see if someone could come back out. He later informed me that it will be until Saturday Morning1-24. He apologized for the inconvenience. The next day, on 1-24, a different Tech Eli arrived after 8:30am & diagnosed the problem & went to get parts & repaired it! We have heat now! Eli went above & beyond to diagnose the main problem & spent the time to explain the situation & we are so grateful for his experienced work ethic. Very happy Eli went out of his way to repair our Unit on a Saturday! Especially in this freezing Snow Storm.

Called to replace a hot water heater & they said everyone leaves at 4pm and they do not know how much the company charges to install a new 40gal tank..

Had them install residential HVAC units; Upstairs and downstairs. Said it would take a day & took all week to get the downstairs to work. Upstairs was 3 weeks for cooling but crossed the wires (yeah it really happened!) for the heat so it never worked; I didn't know that until it got cold months later. The owner ghosted me by not returning text or calls because he already had my money. Had to use another company to fix their mistakes. Price doesn't trump horrible service! Then just discovered a gas leak that they caused. Wow!
