Hick's Plumbing came out and fixed my main line that burst outside. They repaired my yard after digging it up and were professional and did the job when they said and the cost was very reasonable compared to the other plumbers that came out. I will definitely use them again!

Had several pipes burst during the last snow storm. I called several plumbers and no one would show up at 9 pm on a Sunday night. Hick's plumbing showed up about 20 minutes after I called and fixed all the broken pipes. They were at my house till almost midnight. It's good to know there is still honest professional plumbers out there.

Called multiple times for an appointment. Always to be told they would call me back. Its been days. I haven't heard from them. poor follow up.

Awful, charged us 350 to just patch a leaking pipe when they said they replaced a while pipe! It wasn't labor that made out that high cause they were only there 15 minutes! Do not use!

Very rude. Was just trying to see what was going on because I've been without water for over 2 weeks now and they were just rude. I get it a lot of people have busted pipes right now doesn't mean you have to be rude when I'm asking a simple question.

Was not pleased with service. They wanted to change additional each time they ran snake down the sewer line. Paid for two times, did not fix the problem. They gave me a story on line needed replaced where it connected to the main line. Another plumber opened line up with snake and did not charge extra each time snake was ran.

They came in & were here 2 minutes. They said it just needed an adjustment. But that didn't work. I've tried to get back here for a month! They never show up. I paid them 65$ to do absolutely nothing. I would pass them by and call any other plumber, if you want the job done right.
