    The company needs to hire more workers and STOP expecting customers to do FREE work for the Walton family. They HAVE more than enough money to hire MORE workers. There is NO excuse for the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE which IS what SAM WALTON was PROUD of in his stores.
