Brad's is an outstanding company and they are very responsive!

I called because my heat was not working and they had someone here within a few hours and my heater was fixed in about an hour and was not very expensive.

Watch out for diagnosis fees. 94 for the call and an extra 70 if they happen to go over 15 minutes. They won't tell you if they do so get your stop watch out.

Had our heater go out early this morning. Ended up calling two heating & air companies for quotes. The first company said we needed a whole new unit but thankfully we called Brad before taking that step. Ended up only being a motor issue. They checked it all out & changed the necessary parts for only 15% of what the other guys wanted to charge me. Everything from the initial phone call & the technician interaction always top notch. Would recommend to anyone.
