I called because I was having a problem with an outdoor faucet, I knew this was vintage 1981, and I might have to get a new faucet. I explained to the customer service person, that I had removed the part of the faucet that needed to be replaced, but the part had a larger than normal opening. I had gone to Ace and Locke, and was told there were no replacements for this item. I then called American Home Pros, explained the problem, and when Jesse arrived, he had the part in hand. I was so impressed that he knew what I needed without seeing the faucet. Needless to say, in 10 minutes he had the part installed, no tearing into an indoor wall to replace the faucet. You could see the happiness on my face!!! Great Service and Customer Service, I love your company!!! Ed

Chris V. did a maintenance check-up on our heating system. He did a very thorough job. Best I’ve ever seen! Chris V. is very knowledgeable and professional. It’s a pleasure to have him in our home. So glad Chris is “dedicated to making his customers Lifers”…. because he’s saving us from a near break that would have released carbon monoxide. Steve and I will be alive to be American Home Pros “Lifers” now. Thank-you, Chris!

Hunter and Tanner installed our new unit and they were on time, communicated well and I felt like I could go about my day! You know how you feel like you have to wait around awkwardly for handymen or other specialists? Not with these guys! Also, they were thorough and efficient.

American Home Pros formally Innovative Air Pros today installed 2 vents to the outside of my house for my bathroom vents. Chris V. was the technican. He was very thorough from explaining what he was going to be doing to showing pictures of his work to cleaning everything up. I was very happy with the job Chris did for me today.

I have been a customer of this company for around 4 years. This company also installed my AC and a furnace a year ago. Very good technicians who take the time to answer all your questions.

Brayden and Trendon were fantastic. After two weeks of getting the run around and thousands in unnecessary repairs with a different company, American Home Pros identified and resolved our air conditioning issue right away. They were professional, courteous and tidy. We are grateful and appreciative of the services received.

Trevor was very thorough and explained everything he was checking and recommended we replace the contact on one of our AC units. From start to finish, the experience was professional and efficient. Chris and Trevor came out and tuned up my AC, they were both real knowledgeable and thorough. Caught a contactor that was on the way out and saved me from having a real hot summer. Will call them again when it's time for another tune up!

Had a new AC/heat put in the installers were very nice. Had an issue and they came out on the weekend, no service charge because we had friends and family plan. All employees are very nice and costs are reasonable. I recommend using them

American Home Pros installed a new compressor/condenser (2.5-ton) and evaporator coil for my home air conditioning system. The price was very reasonable, and the installation team did a great job. I needed a timely installation due to my scheduled business travel and the work was done quickly and in a professional manner. The installation team was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of the surroundings. I strongly recommend American Home Pros for their HVAC work.

We were very happy with American Home Pros. They explained everything in detail and helped us make the best choice for our AC repair without being pushy. All the technicians were very professional and personable and got the jobs done timely and thoroughly. We will continue to use them for regular yearly service going forward.

July 15th we had a package unit installed by American home pros it's been one week and we enjoy our new AC nice and cool the guys who installed it was very professional and answer all my questions
