Our air conditioner decided to quit on us right when the heat got so crazy! Brad came out and had back up and running within an hour! We are so grateful for HOPE!!

These guys went the length to make sure I got exactly the Hvac system that I needed within my budget. Installation was very professional. All of the work is top notch & they left no mess.

We had issues with our AC so we called Hope to see if they could help and their response time was excellent. When Brad showed up he was very respectful and knowledgeable. He had our AC back up and running within minutes!! They will be the company I call back if I have any issues in the future!!

Our air conditioner decided to retire right when it started to get really hot. I called Hope and got an immediate response and they were able to have someone out within an hour or so. We ended up needing a new unit which I would normally dread but their team gave us several options to make sure we got the right system that fit our budget. More importantly, they were able to get me installed the very next day!! They also sealed my vents and returns on both units, even the one they didn’t install. I had no idea my vents were losing so much air but Hope made sure ALL vents were checked. The thoroughness and service from this company is absolutely 2nd to NONE! From the very first communication to the final install team, the most knowledgeable and professional people I have had the pleasure of giving my business to. It’s never fun to have to spend that kind of money on stuff but Hope was a blessing to us and our home. I will definitely recommend them and continue to use them!

Hope Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing 2 HVAC systems and sealing/replacement of air ducts at my home. I was previously breathing fiberglass insulation due to leaks in the attic ducts; now I breath fresh air. The installation team was efficient, clean, courteous, and helpful. They and Mike Guillen answered all my questions. I highly recommend Hope Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs.

Hope heating a cooling changed our lives dramatically this summer. Finally decided to get a new HVAC unit and they came recommended and did not disappoint. My family and I did not know life could be so comfortable during the blistering OK summers. From the first time meeting them well through job completion, inspections and quality check they were so professional and kind. These guys listened to our concerns, wants, and needs and delivered amazing results. Highly recommend Hope heating and cooling LLC to all those looking for new units or service.

We called Hope in the middle of summer to get some idea of what we could to help our struggling AC. Mike came out, inspected our unit, did an air quality test, checked our windows and outlets for leakage, crawled into our attic, checked insulation and gave us some really great things we could do to help our AC loss- he was informative, not pushy, and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. We will absolutely use Hope for every single need in the future, cannot recommend enough!

Everyone was amazing! Mike and Scott were able to get to my house quickly to troubleshoot the problem. They installed some window ac units until they were able to replace the house system. I have never heard of anyone doing that and it was extremely appreciated! Their pricing was fair. Most importantly to me, they explained why my system was having issues and fixed the problem! Rather than just replacing the system and letting the poor airflow problem remain. They fixed everything. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and so helpful with rebates and everything. I would recommend HOPE to anyone that asks!

Our story started with Mike and Scott when they were affiliated with a different company, and they were always kind. When we were referred by our realtor friend to Mike and asked him to come out and quote us on two AC systems, he showed up and we realized he had been out before a year ago. Long story short, he got right to looking at vents and even climbed up in our attic, looking in all areas. He is very knowledgeable about all the different units available, and he did not think twice about crawling through dirty air spaces. He walked us through each system and how the Freon will be changing, and all the new ones are going to be totally different. We set a time for when we were going to get our new units installed. Well, 2 days before install, our AC went out, and Scott came out to see what the problem was. A condenser went out, but he knew I was on disability and used oxygen and knew we couldn't go without air for 2 days. They ordered the part to get our old system working; the temperatures were near 100, and even though the upstairs system went out totally, he was able to get our lower level working. They installed the motor in the old unit just to get us cool until they were able to replace the whole house system. I have never heard of any AC company being not only so kind but so professional, and it was extremely appreciated! Their pricing on units was very well-priced in comparison to the prior year we were quoted. When the installation began, they were so kind and told us exactly what would be happening. They were quick, professional, and so thorough. They installed the lower system first over 2 days and had to do a lot of ductwork. Every installer was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They did send a different team out for the dual-level upstairs system, again they were amazing and so very kind, professional, and personable.

These guys are great and very thorough. They have helped me with several issues with my house from the HVAC to the plumbing. They are a great group of guys that are honest and willing to help in any way.
