United Heating & Air will forever be my wife and I’s HVAC system go to. We’re on their spring and fall PM schedule and contacted them on a holiday weekend Saturday morning for our A/C making a loud popping sound as well as sending an electrical arc to the top of the outside unit. I left a voicemail and was called back within five minutes telling me that Ryan was getting dressed immediately and on his way. When Ryan arrived he informed me that it looked like mice had chewed through some wires. Ten minutes later he was knocking on our door telling me he was finished and showed me the work he had completed and kicked the unit on to show it was working properly. Thank you again United for your service and thank you Ryan. You’re a very personable and knowledgeable technician.
