Any time I have had to get a part for my air conditioner unit, I have never had problems with any of the employees. Very knowledgeable as well.

I needed 2 cases of Z-line return filters for the house and they had plenty in stock. They do a good job of keeping a plentiful supply of merchandise on their shelves, in all departments (hvac, electrical, and plumbing).

Locke electrical in Midwest city is the best out of all the metro. They are helpful everytime I have been in. Get what material I need promptly if not in store

Locke always have the correct size water heaters for the neighborhood homes near their locations. Shawn was very helpful and made doing business easy. They seem to have more flexibility than the big box stores. An added bonus is that they are near my house. Thank you Locke and staff.
