We just purchased a house with a pond that wasn't in good working order. Nathan came out and fixed us right up! He was so patient with us as we took notes of everything we needed to do to keep the pond properly running. He left us an owners manual for the pond. He found where it was leaking and got it running perfectly. The whole team is so kind and knowledgable, and their prices are fair. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

We had a pond installed the middle of September. Mitch, Chris and Brandon were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They set us at ease throughout the process. The pond came out amazing, better than our expectations. The entire staff of Garden Ponds Unlimited have been extremely helpful and have answered all questions professionally and knowledgeably. We are extremely satisfied with our decision to have chosen them for our pond installation.

Garden Ponds Unlimited was a pleasure to work with – TWICE now! Mike and his crew designed and built my Koi Pond 10+ years ago. I moved and missed having a pond so much that I decided to build a pond at my new place. I didn’t even need to shop around this time as I knew what an exceptional job GPU had done the first time around. My new pond is still the same high quality and beautiful design but with updated features as GPU has modified their products to keep up with technology as it has evolved over the last 10+ years. I highly recommend Garden Ponds Unlimited and would have a 3rd pond built by them if the need should ever arise!

Living on the Texas Oklahoma border on Lake Texoma we do not have any selection for ponds and waterfall supplies. Worth the trip up for a great selection and meeting Lee who was very knowledgeable and helped point us in the right direction for clearing up my father’s fish ponds. Many choices of plants and fish that were amazing and seeing some of the ponds and waterfalls they have built were very exquisite. Anyone looking for Koi or any supplies should go see Lee and get the hookup.

We are thrilled with our new pond! It brings a whole new feeling to our backyard and home life, really. My kids love spending time in the backyard now and can't wait until we add fish. It was a very easy and fast process. The pond was up and running in 3 days. The people from Garden Ponds Unlimited really took their time going over everything with us and how to care for our pond. My family loves the sound of the waterfall and the way the lights glow in the pond at night. It's been a great way to bring us all together. If you are thinking about getting a pond, Garden Ponds Unlimited is fantastic and you will be happy with what you get from them.

My pond was just cleaned after being neglected for three years.(COVID) I was not sure how well it could be cleaned, but I am very impressed with the job that Trent and his co-worker did. It went from a green pond to a clear beautiful pond once again. I have had so much enjoyment from the many years of having this pond, which was built by Garden Ponds. These guys have expanded my koi pond twice and they incredible and very professional. They just finished the annual cleaning and looks great. Would highly recommend!

The owner Mike was very professional had answers for all of our questions and had great ideas and vision for our Koi Pond. The installers arrived promptly as scheduled Mitch was mostly responsible for the design installation and explanations on the maintenance and features of our Pond along with his helper Chris also who was very informative and knowledgeable. Again we love everything about our new Koi Pond well worth the value it added beauty and tranquility to our lives and added value and a deeper love for our home. I am very happy with the overall experience with Garden Ponds Unlimited. The installers were very professional. They listened to what I wanted and they did everything right. I had a waterfall/pond and a bubble rock installed and am very happy with both of them. Mike came out to make sure everything was the way I wanted it and brought me the supplies (a gift!) I needed to get the pond started and explained clearly what needs to be done to maintain the pond. I will be adding a couple more water features in the next couple of years and I would definitely go back to GPU to get this done. Thank you, Mike and team, for a great experience.

We have driven past the store many times and were always curious.
In the fall of 2019, we attended the waterfall festival and were very impressed. We took home information and decided out of every company we had talked to, they seemed the most knowledgeable. As our home build got closer to completion, we called and discussed terms. Mike was very patient and listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan. He was very flexible on start date understanding that it couldn't be done until we had closed and that home builds rarely happen on time. He came out twice to our site to help make sure that we could get the pond we wanted and make sure that we had the builder do things that would help the process.
When the time finally came, the crew arrived when expected and quickly got to work. They were professional, courteous, patient with questions and excitement and hard working. They did not take shortcuts and asked questions to make sure that things were coming together as envisioned and wanted. We are amazed at how quickly our dream became a reality.
We have only had our pond a week and have already received many compliments. We have spent time each morning and evening around it and are continually in awe of how great of a job they did.

We just completed our 3rd koi pond after moving to a new neighborhood last August. This was the second installation that GPU has completed for us. Our first review was a couple years ago (with an edit) and we gave them 4 stars. This time I am giving them a 5 star review.

They are a very reliable company that "practices" what they preach. They
do whatever is reasonable to accommodate customer requests. They
were always on time and worked full days even though it was almost
bitter cold each morning.

Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call if you want a professional 'koi pond built on your property.

We just had a second Koi pond and waterfall installed last week by Garden Ponds Unlimited. It took the crew 3 days to complete. The crew was always on time, arriving at 7:30 am each day. They were all business and built a very beautiful pond and waterfall. They also relocated one of our water features from the backyard to the front of our house. They changed the design, interspersing our back rock and river rock into a unique circle that looked 100% better than when it was new!

That feature had been sinking, but it is now solid as a rock.

The crew was very courteous and answered any and all questions. They took time to explain the remote control functions on our new pond lights, as well. Very pleased with the final product.

The only negative and the only reason i did not give the all 5 stars was due to the additional charge for the pond start up kit. It may just be me, but when you pay over $7000 for the installation, I think an essential item such as the start up kit would be included. The skimmer brushes were also deemed to be an option and we now have to purchase them as well.

Other than the 2 points above, service and product completion was very good and would definitely recommend anyone looking for new pond construction to take a long look at hiring Garden Ponds Unlimited.

The photo below doesn't do it full justice. It was very easy to add the landscaping and it looks better now that the plants and decoration have been added.

Install did a great job! They listened to our ideas and gave us great suggestions. The install was quick, even in February when the weather wasn't great. Folks at the shop are super helpful as well. We love it!

We do definitely recommend to anyone. They were they quick and to respond and schedule an appointment. The men working on the pond were very professional and hard workers. I'm excited to show off my pond to everyone. Amazing!

Whether you were going to Garden Ponds Unlimited retail store or having them out to your home, they are always professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind! They have very fresh KOI fish food. I have shopped around and I can tell you your fish will let you know who has the freshest food! It is Garden Ponds Unlimited! I had a couple of the guys come out to clean my pond that we have recently inherited through buying a home. It had not been professionally cleaned in over two years. These two young men were so respectful about their surroundings, their time and of course my fish that I have grown to love like my babies. You can tell they were very knowledgeable and enthusiast about what they do! I learned so much just by visiting with them. Not only were they a bundle of knowledge they were working their tails off to make sure my pond was going to look perfect! This was on their own personal set standard they have. I just wanted my fish to be healthy and happy. I was not picky at all. I told them just to do what they could…I knew it was really bad! They surprised me leaps and bounds! I woke up this morning after having my pond cleaned and it is crystal clear and glowing! My fish are so happy! They did such a great job being gentle with my fish, Power washing, fixing broken parts and even being detailed enough to make sure to seal all of my LED lights that were already there ! I am so happy! They will definitely be getting my business forever! my pond was cleaned by Trent, a very knowledgeable and hard working Snail enthusiast and a Hard working detailed Rock enthusiast named Drennon! These guys were soooo detailed and I would totally welcome them back any day! I would like to say to the owners of Garden Ponds Unlimited- You have two amazing employees and I would hold on tight to them! I myself as a small business owner knows all too well how hard it is to find honest hard-working amazing people! THANK YOU GARDEN PONDS UNLIMITED!!!

Alex cleaned out my pond and it looks great. It has been very cold and the wind was awful. The temp was 58 but felt 28. He finished in the same time as 2 men had before. It would be great if he could clean my pond next year.
