Todd came out right away to fix an issue from changing out refrigerator for our sick mother. He was honest and professional, discovered there was actually no issue, set up as it should have been, and made sure he left the area clean. Then reduced bill to just a service charge in the end. Great service!

Todd was very responsive to my needs. He kept in contact with me when he was running a little late. He came to repair an outdoor faucet that had low water pressure. He had to climb into the crawl space under my old house. Not fun, LOL. It turned out to be the faucet pipe had a split on it. He removed the pipe and replaced the pipe and now it works great. He also gave me estimate on some outdoor plumbing for a new metal building I'm in the process of gathering estimates to build.

Called at 430 and was able to get same day service! Very professional!!! Highly recommend!!!

Friday afternoon and I have a back up problem. Called Todd and he was so wonderful to come on out later that same day, diagnosed and unclogged my septic line blockage. He even let me watch him do the camera through the lines. I sure appreciate his knowledge and kindness. Wholeheartedly encourage you to use him.

I have had Todd fix my plumbing issues on 2 occasions. One was a major pipe leak out back which required him digging a trench to the main line & replacing pipe, the other was a sink drainage issue. Both times Todd has been prompt in his response, showed up on time, and fixed the issue at a reasonable rate. I will continue to use Done Right Plumbing in the future & would highly recommend him to others.

We had some toilet issues, and gurgleing in the sinks. I started to call another company... But after reading the reviews for Done Right Plumbing I decided to call them. Todd came out when he said he would and explained everything that he would be checking and the price before hand. He did tell us that we need to do a few things to keep things flowing, and that we eventually might need him back out to run a camera down our pipes. We will definitely be calling Todd back out if this is needed. I Highly recommend Todd at Done Right Plumbing. 😊

Todd was efficient and communicated clearly with me about everything he was doing. He even went out of his way to show me how to light my water heater pilot light should I ever need to in the future. Very happy I had him out to work on my plumbing issues.

Todd found the leak we had in our slab as well as another that the leak detection company completely missed! He talked through the different options of what needed to be done, gave us the quote and got to work. We finally have the water back on thanks to his skill and speed in getting the issues resolved. Our plan is to have him come back and completely overhaul our entire water pipe system through our attic as well as running a new sewer line through our house ASAP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this guy as he knows his stuff and his honest as the day is long!

From the moment I called and spoke with Todd @ Done Right Plumbing, I knew I was in good hands. He was very polite and professional and very knowledgeable. We’ve had a couple of other plumbers out to fix the shop toilet which would work for a little bit and then the problem would come up again.
Todd came out and investigated what was going on and we found out the DIYer we bought the house from had every size pipe on the toilet you can imagine. Todd broke up the cement, dug the many old pipes and replaced them with the correct size pipes and now only works but meets all required codes. Todd answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel confident that I chose the right company. He will be our Go-To for all our plumbing needs.

I thought I needed a brand new garbage disposal, however Todd was able to un-gunk my old one quickly & efficiently. Thankfully it was a quick and fairly easy fix. He was very professional and gave me some great tips on what to use to help keep the drain clean. I would highly recommend using Todd!
