I recently had Statewide Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration LLC out to install a new HVAC mini-split system, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Living in Noble/Slaughterville area, it can sometimes be a challenge to find reliable contractors who are responsive, but this team exceeded all expectations.
From the first call, the customer service was top-notch. They actually answered the phone every single time I called, which is a rarity these days. The person on the other end was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my technical questions and making the scheduling process seamless.
The installation itself was high-quality work. The technicians were incredibly courteous, respectful of my property, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. To top it all off, they offered a great price that was very competitive for the level of professional service provided.
If you're looking for a dependable HVAC company that values communication and quality, I highly recommend Statewide.

Leslie the maintenance man is respectful and honest. Knowledge of AC tuneup good. Let me know of repairs/maintenance that could be done to help the AC unit perform better. Also I like his appreciation for coworker, who answers phone/does scheduling.

Our A/C unit went out at 10pm Saturday night 7/22/2023. Within an hour Lemmie was here and diagnosing our problem. Lemme & Leslie went above and beyond finding all the parts we needed to get back up and running. They came out the next day Sunday 7/23/2023 and installed a new unit. We are so appreciative of the extra mile they went for us. We have several young men that are heat sensitive and will have seizures if they get to hot.
Lemmie & Leslie are both super nice and friendly. We loved having them in our home.
We look forward to doing business with you again on a maintained basis.

Leslie and Lemmie were very nice. They both went above and beyond to install my new gas heater while the weather was going downhill fast! Now I don't have to worry about staying warm when the ice hits tomorrow! Thank you.

Forthright, straightforward, competent and careful. Pleasant to work with Lemmie in person and Leslie over the phone. They know what they are doing, both the technical/mechanical side and dealing with the manufacturer and warranty. I waited 2 days to write this because I wanted to make sure people knew how great these people are. I must have called half a dozen heat and air places only to be told no we don't go to Noble no we don't do that kind of work until I hit the jackpot and got statewide heating and air conditioning. I was explained absolutely thoroughly what to have ready for when they came and my fault I actually ended up not being able to schedule on the first suggested date and was given another appointment that was perfect. I can't say enough about how good the service was how friendly how professional answering every dumb question that I asked. I would encourage anybody to use this company if they're looking for friendly good professionals for heat and air repairs maintenance or installation
