Joe Genuinely wanted to fix my washing machine and took the time to to listen to me explain my problem, and even listened to a recording of the noise it was making.
He found one thing in particular that could possibly make that noise and fixed that issue.
Machine was not making that noise after that, and usually would have by that point in the cycle.
Great guy, a pleasure having him in my house and as our repairman.

Johnny did a great job on the repair. He demonstrated very good knowledge of the fridge and was willing to talk me through what was actually wrong with the refrigerator. They were very prompt when assigned to my claim.

The repair man was nice and polite friendly

Troy was very nice. However Sears repair and A&E stinks. I will never purchase another extended warranty or Sears product. 20 days to repair my fridge. Finally called someone local and got it done. All you want is the money. Absolutely no service. Canceled appointments just before the repair was supposed to be done. I’m done. 7 years and 1 service call. Thanks for nothing.

Harold was prompt and very courteous. He assed the problem and fixed it accordingly.
