I called about my heat not working and withing 30 mins or less, they had a technician out here.His name was (Brett Smith ) , who I might add was very attentive, very professional.And when I say, I asked a lot of questions that he knew every answer and also taught me a lot of things, I did not know!! And also made me realize that the last company I had air comfort.Solutions, I had them here, and they did not do the job right. My ac thermostat was actually set to gas. When I have an all electric home and that was the reason my heat didn't work and he found it super fast!!!! So I will forever call this company to do my ac.Work!!! And I will always ask for ( brett) from the excellent service I received today.I will be a lifetime customer!!!!

Dustin was absolutely amazing. Service was same day. He entered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. He even let my husband watch him work. I recommend this company 100%.

My sister and I found ourselves needing a whole new HVAC. Our old one was 19 years old and was finished. We received multiple quotes and after speaking with Gary we made the decision to use Arthur’s Heat and Air. Gary gave us a few options and we went with an Amana. I got home and would not have known it was running if it wasn’t so comfortable in my house. Gary, thank you for recommending this unit! What can we say about Brett and Rick ALOT ! They were friendly, professional, proficient, polite, clean and quick!! Needless to say we HIGHLY recommend Arthur’s Heat and Air. Canon was fast, efficient and went above and beyond! He was out within an hour, very nice and got us all fixed up! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an HVAC company!

Steven Kemp is probably the best technician I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Extremely professional and respectful as well as treated my home with care. He was very knowledgeable about the work being performed and thoroughly explained the technical side of things. His willingness to go above and beyond to do things right was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Arthur’s just based on the experience with Steve. But to add to the things, Amber, the lady that answered the phone, was also very polite and willing to understand the situation.
Again, highly recommend Arthur’s.

Our AC went out about a week ago when it was 95 degrees. We called Arthur’s and they were able to get someone out same day who was extremely helpful and replaced our capacitor (I think that’s what it was called). When they returned to the office the following week they looked up and turned in my warranty info so we were able to get a partial refund. Overall we were very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future for our AC needs.

Tony was AMAZING!!! ON TIME, courteous, professional. Explained everything he was checking, replaced all filters. Just an extremely pleasant experience!

We had our first service with Arthur’s today and they found that we had a serious problem with our furnace. Our previous heat and air company had not been servicing our furnace properly. Thanks Justin and Kolby for helping to take care of the problem.

We highly recommend Arthur's. Our AC quit on Thursday night. We called Arthur's at noon on Friday. James was there by 4:00 the same day and diagnosed that we needed a new unit. He helped us with several other issues too. Marshall came by at 7:00 that evening and gave us a fair replacement estimate. Because it was a weekend we had to wait, but on Monday morning at 8:00, David and his helper installed the unit, cleaned up everything and we had a cool home in a few hours. We are very happy with Arthur's prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. Thanks so much!

Would highly recommend this company for A/C repairs. The technician Ryan was on the earlier side of the given time window & worked hard to get the job completed this afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I was offered several options with varying price ranges to ensure I could afford the job. He showed me pictures of what was going on before and after the tasks were completed.I will definitely be using/refer people to this company. THANK YOU!!!!

Had new Air conditioner and Heating unit installed in July Tech David Bramlet came and fixed a small problem for free! I highly recommend this company great prices old fashioned work ethics!
