Peace of Mind is the first thing I can say about Eric and staff at Doug's Heat & Air. This past Friday 3/27 around 2 pm, I contacted Eric for help with AC that stopped working during 80+ temperatures. Eric had two staff members at my house within 30 minutes, and they resolved issue within about 20 minutes, so we had AC for the weekend.
I called Eric at 8:15 on Tuesday 3/30 to discuss additional repairs to AC and he was at my house within 30 minutes to check out HVAC unit. He made necessary additional repair at no service charge to me. I told him that fair is fair and I didn't expect no service charge, but his insisted and I have already received the statement with no service charge. Professional company for sure!
Peace of Mind comes from knowing that Eric and Doug's Heat & Air is available to help when an emergency arises!!

We had an issue with our A/C. Eric was recommended by a friend so we gave him a call. He answered and was on a job in OKC but told us he would be here as he worked his way back to Norman. Within a couple of hours, he was at our door. He promptly found our problem and had us up and running shortly after. We were very pleased with his service. Always try to use local, small businesses whenever possible. Eric was professional and polite. Would definitely recommend and will be our go to service in the future!
