Rhino Heat and Air has been my go-to HVAC company for several months now, and they’ve consistently delivered outstanding service. They’ve handled multiple HVAC replacements and new installs for me, as well as annual maintenance on systems for the properties I own and manage. Every time, they’ve been incredibly responsive, fast, and professional.

What stands out most is their reliability. When I call, they show up quickly and get the job done right the first time. Their pricing is always competitive, and the value they provide is unmatched. Rhino Heating and Air came same day. Actually within 1 hour. Hunter was the technician and took his time answering all my questions. Took pictures of all the areas of my A/C that he inspected then showed me the pictures so we could discuss the work that was needed. I'm very impressed with the service I received. Hunter didn't try to up sell me on anything. Very trustworthy service. I will be using Rhino again for my future A/C and heat needs.

Out with the old and in with the new. Big thanks to Rhino Heating and Air Conditioning LLC for getting me switched over to a tankless water heater. My original water heater was in bad shape and finally gave out. It was the perfect time to switch to tankless. We have hot water again thanks to Rhino.

Exceptionally huge thanks to Ryan and his magnificent crew at Rhino Heat and Air. They showed up at our home and did a totally professional and outstanding job of getting us back with conditioned air just in time. Our Oklahoma weather has been mild for the most part...but temperatures are set to rise in the coming week and my family and I could not be more grateful to no longer sleep at 80 degrees. Highly recommend if you live Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Our 30 year only system finally bit the dust and Rhino worked with me to customize our system, relocatie our outside unit to allow for more room, and address a few other requests. Dispute my complicated requests Derek structured a quote and set me up with financing in less than 1 day. I gave him my approval after 5 pm and the next day their crew, Hunter, Kevin and Jared showed up on time, uninstalled my old dead system, relocated my outside unit and installed the new inside unit and had us back in comfort by 6pm. Great job guys! 💪

Very professional. Troubleshot the problem, and detetmined an air flow restriction was causing the limit switch to open. Corrected the air flow issue and got the heat going quickly.

Communication = Excellent, Ryan was given my information from a colleague and he promptly reached out to discuss our situation. Our AC had gone out unexpectedly and he not only talked me through the initial situation but stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process through installation. Service = Prompt & Efficient, Jared came out the SAME evening and looked at our unit and provided great information and clarity on next steps. Within a few days we got sorted and they arrived and took care of everything in less than a day. Price = Very competitive. We took in around 4 quotes and they beat them all. Highly reccommend.

Got the heater working quickly and fixed other things that they saw that weren't quite right, under warranty. Charged us very reasonable.

I cannot recommend Rhino more highly. 10/10 experience. I had some collapsed ducts in slab, the problem is, I couldn’t find a company to repair them, but I also couldn’t find a company who would install new ducts in the attic… what a paradox.

Rhino heating and air conditioning thought critically and used unique problem solving skills to move a whole new system to the attic while maintaining my current HVAC unit. They have been innovative, communicative, organized, and hard working from the very start. They showed up at 4am and were done by noon.

We own a small rental property business. We have used Rhino on multiplications. They have always been helpful, reasonable and accommodating. We are in contract for another house, the inspectors had some concerns about the air conditioners output. I called Friday morning to request Hunter go over to do a full system check.Friday evening at 6:30 Hunter had gone out of his way to go and check that property so we had time over the weekend to figure out what we may need to address on the TRR. We will be loyal Rhino customers as long as we have properties in Norman, Oklahoma. And I will recommend them to my friends who live all around the OKC metroplex.
