Cody did a very thorough job and took multiple images to show me problems that existed. Waggoners Also expanded their maintenance to include checking hot water heater and electrical box which is a nice edition.

Billy and Yuri helped us out a great deal our mini split installation. Great to work with, very friendly and the service was well priced. Would definitely recommend.

Billy T handled our service. He was very courteous, explained his work and answered any questions we had. We needed a new capacitor on one compressor unit and he got it changed out quickly.

We bought a new system from Waggoner’s, our installers were very nice. A little electronic problem developed after they left, and Cody returned the next morning and fixed it. Everyone who came to our house and everyone we talked to you at the office were super duper polite.

He took the time to explain what was going on with our system and walked us through our options without any pressure. Billy T was here today to do my annual inspection, I have never had anyone do such a thorough job and I lived here four years and had Waggoners for four years. He is absolutely amazing not only did he double check everything in the house and go upstairs to the unit and change out the filters and work really hard on finding anything that he could that needed to be done took pictures of everything he did and showed them to me. Talk to me about all the things that can be done here that their company offers explain how it all works. Also, like I said, I’ve lived here four years, and I have wired in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. I have felt so safe he checked those also come to find out they’re not even hooked up so tomorrow, an electrician from Waggoner is coming out and going to fix that.
He is now my dedicated person to come out and check everything the best most professional I’ve ever had. Thank you, Billy.

We had a shower insert installed. Billy gave us a fair quote. Kevin and Seth installed the shower in a timely manner with no problems. Would definitely recommend Waggoners for a shower install.

I just had my scheduled service review with Tanner and Billy of Waggoners. They were efficient, clean, thorough and most importantly honest. I have a repair needed on an old system and they took the time to explain to me in detail the issues and possible solutions so that I can make the best financial decision for the long term. It’s nice to be able to make an informed decision while the unit is still operating rather than having to rush when it’s 100 degrees out and no longer cooling.

Great job done by Robert Sullaway. Had my shop lights converted to LED lighting. Very happy with results.

Billy did a great job servicing our AC today! We appreciate how quickly he was able to get out here and fix the issue. He was very informative and kind as well! Strongly recommend!

Tanner replaced my home’s two circuit breaker panels, one of which was a 60-year-old Federal Pacific panel that was considered a fire hazard. In a two-day job, he installed two Eaton panels and an Eaton whole-house surge protector. Tanner showed attention to detail and took the time to explain his work and the products. Much appreciated.

Billy T came out to do our annual heating inspection. Felt he honestly portrayed the issues with the system and offered us options. Seemed very thorough. He was very patient with us; listened to our concerns and responded. For example, took the time to clean out the gas burners when they seemed to be misfiring.

Tanner and Jojo were excellent.They arrived in a timely manner and were professional in their work. Tanner was especially comprehensive and knowledgeable.
