Nathan and Hugo came out to our rental house and we’re able to fix our A/C that had been out for 5 days! They worked tirelessly trying to find the issue which caused them to work 2 hours over their scheduled time, they were extremely patient with the fix and professional. Great service.

Responsive, quick, very reasonable estimate to replace A-coil in Lennox unit. Jesse and Gage did the repair. On time, actually a little early, and were very polite. They did a nice job replacing the coil and also re-strapped some of the ductwork to minimize kinks that were present. They went beyond what I expected. I'll call Eklund again if I have any HVAC issues and highly recommend them.

Excellent business! William came by to see what issues were going on with my HVAC upstairs unit and made recommendations that were perfect. Installers Jesse and Gage were so polite, nice and kept their work area super clean. Explained what they did and left. Super nice and new Lennox Unit. Beyond appreciative.

I highly recommend. My central air went out, I called them and they were here the same day right on time. They are a pretty slick company, the dispatch process is very top notch. They gave me a quote for the work to be done and parts to be replaced and that's exactly what I paid when the work was finished. The technician even went above and beyond the scope of work in my opinion. Labor cost was a good deal and I got the vibe they thoroughly enjoy helping people.

Oh, and the wifi thermostat was so perfect for me as I recently fractured my hip hence I'm not so mobile and the app allowed me to change the temperature from where I was seated. :)

Replaced our CH&A unit, everything went great. The price was much better than others. They took care of everything within a day of our call. Techs are quick & professional. Highly pleased, definitely recommend them.

Extremely professional and reliable. Called them when I was out of town after hours for AC issues when it was 112 degrees. They made certain that they came out the next morning for my husband. Fixed the issue promptly. We then scheduled a complete HVAC replacement for October. Great service and reliability!

Not only did Eklund, William do a great job but everyone I dealt with was very personable and friendly. I have a pretty advanced system and they have been available any time I had a question. William even came out to show me how to clean out the air filters...twice! Price was way more affordable for the system I wanted then anyone else and there are other companies I have never heard back from. You won't be disappointed.

Eklund replaced my entire HVAC system 2 weeks ago. Technicians came back today to check the a/c charge as it was too cold when the system was installed. I've had a great experience with the owner, the crew, and today's technician. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had Nathan and Hugo out today to look at one of our units that had stopped cooling. They spent a great deal of time going over the issues, explaining the different options for repair, and allowing us to choose which level of repair work we were comfortable with to get our unit back up and running again. They were very courteous, professional, competent, and respectful of our situation. They were honest and upfront about what they needed to do and why, including associated costs. Would definitely recommend them for repair work on your HVAC!

Nathan is a great service tech, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and explained the problems. Ordered the part and got it replaced quickly for us. We would recommend them always for your heating and air needs!

I called around 9am to see if they could check my heating system which was not working. They had a tech available between 11am to 1pm and Christopher Marietta was here at 11am. I had his picture and the appointment was confirmed after I hung up the call. He worked quickly troubleshooting the problem, found the culprit went to get a replacement switch and replaced it on return.
I immediately had heat, the cost was about half what I expected. I am very happy with the service, the technician and the price. i heartily recommend Eklund and Christopher to all.
