Mechanical contractor and business owner and I have been dealing with Johnstone Owasso for several years and can say they’ve always been “Johnny on the spot” for me. Well stocked for parts and equipment and willing to go out on the hunt if I’m searching for an obscure part. Counter guys are knowledgeable and helpful in most every situation.

Needed a fan motor and capacitor this morning and Dennis hooked me up. He took the time to explain how the different wires were to go and several others questions I asked. Super good store and great employees.

Dennis was so helpful!!! They have all parts you need or they can order them for your air conditioner. Would highly recommend them!!!! I would rather shop a small local store than a big store any day!!!

Dennis hooked me up with amazing customer service that helped me solve my parts issue, and fit it perfectly into my schedule by setting up my order for their store in Wichita. When picking up parts asap involves hundreds of miles of driving, this really made a lot of people happy. And thanks to Matt, for helping me remember Dennis's name. 😂
