Nicolas did a great job snaking the kitchen drain and evaluating the problems with my kitchen sink. He offered several solutions and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each solution. When I decided on jetting and a rebuild of the under the kitchen sink plumbing, Grant and Alex were out the next day to solve the problem. All 3 were very friendly and easy to work with. They were also very professional and left my house better than they found it. I'd highly recommend using this service.

I had both David and Noah come out to my house and they both were great! They both are very professional and easy to talk to and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Nic and his associate Zach Spencer are real plumbers! Good communication, hard working, honest and caring.

Bo, Steven, and Matt were all fantastic! They gave us several different options to solve our problem. They were thorough at explaining the process start to finish. We appreciated the progress photos and explanations of each improvement. They explained how to open the access panels and gave us a walk through once everything was complete. They finished the whole house in two days! Incredible! 100% would recommend to our friends and family. The receptionist was one of the kindest people I have talked with on the phone in a very long time. She set the company up with best first impression they could ask for. 10/10 recommend.

Andrew Murphy and Grant Shaffer did a wonderful job with our kitchen project and gave us some great ideas that we might need to do later to update our older home.
Also, Lukas Falwell and Brandon helped us with an issue with our bathroom sink and did a great job!
All four young men were polite and very knowledgeable!

Boe & Grant came out today to complete the service & they were absolutely incredible. Very polite, friendly, and respectful. Everything looks and works better than it did before it even broke. My name is Marjiorie Torres. Juan did an excellent job at my house. Everything was perfect. He solved my problem in a short amount of time, and he offered the best price and warranty.

Had my t&p valve fail and it resulted in ONG coming by to investigate, leading to the discovery of multiple other issues and inconveniences from the builders. I explained as well as I could what my situation was (I'm only 23 and definitely not educated enough on homeownership). My service specialist, Andrew Murphy, was kind and friendly throughout the service and explained everything very well. Would shout out the guy helping him but I didn't catch his name! All same day service, and they worked with me on payment options to get our hot water back on.

I got an email to review. I called Half Moon for help with a leaking kitchen faucet that I tried repairing myself and got tired of messing with it and copper pipes. The scheduler was so kind and able to get me in the next morning! Our tech was Andrew. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He explained what was going on and created a plan to fix it. He got rid of the old copper pipes and also added a separate line for the dishwasher and replaced the turn valves and all. This is one of the greatest experiences I’ve had from any type of business. I love that the company has Faith. The scheduler and tech both said “Glad we could help you out and Have a blessed day”. So thankful I got Andrew again and for his help! Half Moon will be my first call again if I ever have any plumbing issues. They have always been so kind and helpful! The schedulers and techs seem to really want to help and love their career, and very knowledgeable. So very thankful for Andrew!

This was a great experience thanks to Lucas at Half Moon. Scheduled my appointment online a few days ago and got lots of communication back. Lucas called when he was on his way, gave me ETA, showed up and got to work. He even found that we did NOT have an unground leak but rather a leaky shower head! My fault on that one. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Luke did a great job evaluating and providing options for my toilet repair. He checked my hot water tank and let me know about replacing it. Wonderful experience!

We had an issue that was initially unresolved, but William, the service manager, personally called me, apologized, and made an appointment in a very reasonable timeframe to get the problem fully resolved. From that point on, there were no issues at all.

Micheal the tech provided incredible service walking me through the process of what he was doing and what to do if there were issues in the future. This is what superior customer service looks like to me.

This was truly a blessing at this time of year, when money and funds are tight. The care and concern that Half Moon Plumbing showed means a lot and really speaks to the kind of company they are.

Mike and Alex were polite and explained everything they did. Always wore slippers on there shoes. Instead of breaking up our concrete and it would have been alot, we didn't have tile to put back in, we had a main water line leak from our street to the house so it was bored underground. Did a wonderful job cleaning up,so no mess. I appreciate Half-Moon Plumbing and the workers. Would use them again!!

Half Moon plumbing came out for the second time to perform jetting service that I needed and again they were very professional and very informative. Half Moon Plumbing has excellent service for your plumbing needs!!! We had a tech come out last week , David Harrell, to give us a quote on replacing our sink and he also checked our water pressure which was high and he gave us a quote for both. We then called to do the install of our new sink and put in a PRV under our water heater for our water pressure to be at 80psi and a shutoff valve for easy access to shut off water to the whole house. The tech, Evan Quarterson, came out yesterday and did the install. He did an awesome job. He was professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up when he was finished installing everything that had to be done. We are very happy with the service from both techs at half moon Plumbing. If you have any plumbing needs or any plumbing installs, I highly recommend them!
