Was in need of electrician on a Sunday.called them up and they sent a guy here within 30 mins. And guy had the problem fix quickly. Will definitely be looking for them to become our electricial. Vender going forward.

Very pleased. They came after hours on what I was not even sure was truly an emergency, just a nervous home owner. They do not charge an after hours rate because “emergencies are not planned, so they do not try to profit off them”. They will be my go to electrical company for that reason. Stephen arrived quickly, was kind, professional and explained to us what we needed to know. Thanks Stephen for the great service.

Too busy to fix my problem

We have been so pleased with prior work from this business. The electricians have been professional and customer service has been excellent.
However, recently we have tried repeatedly to set up an appointment and left numerous messages and no response.
The receptionist has an I don’t know and don’t care attitude, I have no confidence my messages are even being put forth.
My last conversation with the receptionist was that we are being forced by lack of response to look for another vendor. She replied ok.
I guess they don’t want or care about local business. I am very sorry as we really thought highly of this company.
