Preston’s plumbing has been my first choice since the summer of 2020. We first met on a whole house re plumbing. They are always kind, respectful, clean up after themselves and would reccomend them to anyone and I have recommended them multiple times. I have used them for 6 properties.

I'm so thankful for Preston and his crew! They are so professional hardworking and show up when they say they're going to. I had previously (3weeks ago) contacted another plumbing company to get an estimate and schedule a day to have my plumbing fixed. That plumber came 2 days after my initial call to give me an estimate. We spoke about when he was going to be back. Come the day to fix it I got excuse after excuse and another day he would be here. He no called no showed 4 times always having excuses why he didn't have a crew that day before I had enough and called Preston plumbing. I called them on the 11th at 1pm and they had a crew here the 12th at the time frame given. Thankfully Preston honored the quote given by the previous company and had his crew back out on the 13th with everything to fix my plumbing. Josh from his crew and his other team members were very informative of what was going on all day and quick to get the job done. I was very pleased with their workand will be recommending Preston plumbing from here on out. Thank you all for helping me!

Preston's Plumbing is my new go to plumbers. These guys are very personable and professional. They took the time to explain the problem, options to take care of the problem, and every detail of what was needed and why. It was truly a great experience. Thank you guys for your professionalism.

Our water heater was making a hissing sound and we were worried that the pressure was building up inside of it. We called Preston's Plumbing and in less than an hour they replaced the drain valve and we had hot water again. They only charged for the $90 service fee, plus the $15 part. Tristan with Preston's Plumbing was very friendly and knowledgeable, and both guys worked quickly to get us taken care of. We were very impressed and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

As usual, any time I have a problem, whether plumbing, or hooking up my gas oven, Preston's is quickly to my rescue with friendly service that is reasonably priced.

(Simple tub clog)The before picture was from a big name company who left my bathtub like that after almost 2 hours of not getting it un clogged. The other "company" came on a Friday morning and told me they couldn't do it, they would be out Monday to try one last thing before taking apart my shower with some special machine. Monday came around they said they wouldn't be out now until the next day, unacceptabe they had all Friday to make sure we were on the schedule. I called Preston Plumbing, they were friendly on the phone. Not long after 2 gentlemen showed up after a few minutes my tub was draining! Not only did they fix it he even wiped down my tub for me! They were very professional, on time and great work for decent price. Don't call big name companies! Call them today they are great!! I will never use another company again! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful getting payment taken care of as well. I can't thank them enough!

A 5-star review isn't good enough! Responsive, Professional, and overall Honest. My mother and grandmother, who live together, had an issue with their septic tank pump. Preston not only treated them with honesty and respect, but he also went above and beyond to make sure that all of the issues they had were addressed and made himself available to answer my questions personally. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Tried to use our home warranty company to get a plumber but they couldn’t get anyone here until Friday (mind you it’s Tuesday). I called Preston Plumbing about 10 am and Danielle said she would try to get one of the guys out today, if not definitely would be tomorrow morning between 8 and 10. She called me back about 2 pm and said the guys were on their way to my home. I am very happy with this company. They were able to get out to my home promptly and they did a great job. Very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Danielle at the office was very sweet and understanding. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you guys!!!

We use them for all of our plumbing jobs on commercial, and residential. They do amazing work for fair prices. I even have them do work on my personal residence. Extremely professional, and locally owned.

I called these guys this morning and they arrived quickly. Very nice and professional guys. Very honest with me while I had other companies trying to over charge for something that was not even the problem. Our family would recommend and Preston Plumbing will be our only call in the future.

I called them at 4:23pm on Friday because my water heater was flooding my garage. They were at my house in under 15 minutes. Turned off the water heater. We're back before 9am Saturday to replace it. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly sweet. The men who showed up Friday and 2 different ones on Saturday were all so nice and respectful. Would definitely use them again and refer them to others. Thank you.

I have had Preston plumbing out to my house for 2 different things a hot water heater and connection on a different hot water heater. 100% would recommend them to friends and family they are fast reasonably priced and do great work.

We have 24 rental properties. We have used Preston's Plumbing for the past 3 years for all our properties. They are always quick to take care of emergencies. They are trustworthy and have been reasonable on the cost of jobs completed. Preston, Danielle and the other plumbers have always been easy to communicate with and show professionalism in all they do.

They got me out of a big problem. I'm out of the county and my tenant called to say the main drain line was clogged. I called my regular plumber but their auger was down and they could not get to it. I then called Preston's, talked to Mrs. Preston, they got right on it. My tenants are happy and I'm happy. Next day I called and settled the bill over the phone. Great service, I'll use them again.

Just bought a home and didn’t know who to call, saw a small sign for Preston plumbing and they came out the next morning. Truthful and fairly priced for what needed to be fixed, glad to know who to call for a solid plumbing company for next time! Josh and Evan were easy to work with and courteous

Preston’s Plumbing is a great company to deal with. They always show up when scheduled and I’m always pleased with the service. The rates they charge are very fair. I have a few rental properties and it is hard to find a good plumber but I know I can depend on Preston’s.
