Friendly, professional, and expedient! Can’t recommend enough.

Patriot was assigned last Sept by my home warranty. The owner technician came out and before checking the electrical boards he added freon. Turned out the board was fried and no freon needed. The electrical was repaired after many delays and miscommunication between the warranty Co and technician. The owner technician said to call him this spring before it heated up and he would remove the extra freon at no charge. Why he didn't do that at the time, I don't know. Now that spring is around the corner, I've called many times with no answer. I've left multiple messages with no return call. I texted and no response. I ultimately had to call another company who just came out. The cost to me was $125 plus $109 for service call to remove the freon I didn't need, his error. I don't normally left reviews but this was very frustrating and costly to me.
