Stephen did a great job! He was able to come to the job early. He was quick to complete the job - even with additional request made after he showed up. Price was very reasonable. Will use them again!

Austin came out today, 3-27-2023, and replaced our hot water heater, bringing everything up to code and removing our 11-year-old heater that had rusted a bit. He did it all quickly and easily. He's very nice and personable. I enjoy talking with him. In no time at all, we were enjoying hot water. Thank you, Austin! You're awesome!
Colin and Chase came out today, Saturday, 8-18-18, because our kitchen sink had backed up, yet again, as it is prone to do every other year. They were both very kind, courteous and professional. They quickly ascertained the cause of the blockage and made certain it was thoroughly cleared. They found that over the past 60 years, the plumbing was routed through several bends under the house and put together a plan of action that would end the plumbing problem once and for all. They were personable, friendly and very efficient. We appreciate them very much for arriving shortly after being called on a Saturday morning and quickly solving our problem. Thank you, Colin and Chase! You guys are awesome! We definitely recommend the next time you have a plumbing issue, call Wooten Plumbing and ask for Colin and Chase.
5-13-2025 - Today, Skylar and Caydence both came out and not only removed an old water filter and installed a new one, along with new shut off valves and drilled a hole for the new filter's tap, they also swapped the positions of my fridge and oven range while adding new plumbing line for the fridge and new gas line for the range. They were both very nice young men and I enjoyed talking with them. They were also very happy to meet my pup and give him plenty of attention when he wanted it. They were so very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the work they did and the nice conversations we had as they worked. Thank you, guys! I trust Wooten Plumbing to do the job right and that's why I always call them.

Can't recommend them enough. What a great experience! We had a couple of bubbling toilets and feared the worse. Wooten was so easy to book a same day appointment. I did it all online&via text. They even sent a text w/photo of the tech who would be at the house. He was so nice. Checked the main line, and everything to make sure we didn't have a major issue. Fixed the issue and told us how our bathroom plumbing was connected and why the issue was beyond us just plunging, but he did plunge. Lol While here, he noticed a leak in our backyard hose and changed the thingy (I'm not a plumber) so that it would stop leaking. We will definitely call them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Cadence was very professional. He helped get things going again. I called and he was sent very quickly. Thank you all so much.

Update: there was an issue, and Wooten had someone out on a Sunday night in the rain to fix it. Great customer service

Skyler from Wooten came on a Sunday and fixed my water heater. He was very polite and professional. I highly recommend!

Konner and Kayden did the work , they were very knowledgeable and polite . They felt like two friends were here to help fix things. The work took two days and I didn’t mind , I knew they were working hard at it.. my questions were answered quickly and politely. The entire place was redone with new water lines and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks

Wooten plumbing answered the phone, came out the same day, gave a reasonable estimate and was able to fix the leak in our yard the next day. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future, and will recommend this business to everyone. They are a respectful and caring company!

Austin, Cade and Cadence were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They knew right off what to do and did it right! I was very pleased with the whole situation. They made it as painless as possible. Very good guys! I would totally recommend them to anyone needing help with plumbing.

Bob, went above and beyond any normal persons work. He came the night before and shut off, drained and removed the old water tank. And than just as he said was here the next day and had everything going with in 2 1/2 hours.
I can not say enough about how kind, polite, and hardworking Bob was. A man with integrity!
This man needs a raise!

But I want to say the dear lady who answered that phone at 9:30ish pm, I believe her name is Brittany, this dear kind woman stayed on the phone with me till Bob arrived and had us set up for service the next day. Thank you so much Brittany, your momma raised a wonderful lady!

Tommy and Brandon did an excellent job! What a joy to have such kind professional men doing the necessary work! Cadence did an amazing job! Super professional and friendly. Plus, he was very kind to my dogs.

I was so impressed with how quickly they responded. I wound up saving my day at work today instead of having to take the day off. Plus I didn't get any kind of high pressure sales pitch to buy a new plumbing system or new water pipes or anything crazy. The technician was very No Nonsense got straight down to work knew what the problem was and fixed it..... and I am not sure if he was even there an hour or more.

And what was looking like a very leaky outdoor water spicket is now new and up the code.
Austin was fantastic! Wooten Plumbing restored my confidence in local repair places.

Also what was impressive is they came in the window that they quoted me and on the early side of the window instead of making empty promises or a 5-hour will be there in the afternoon type of deal.

Wooten has always been good to me. My last visit from them with their technician Konner was amazing!! He really went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.

Great technician (Cadence), very friendly and knowledgeable. Much better price than the other big local company I tried.
