Kody was the technician that cleaned our fireplace and installed a new insert. He was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him wearing shoe covers in our home and taking the time to prep/clean up after. Kody’s knowledge and willingness to walk through everything was very much appreciated.

Cody called to let me he was headed this way & that it would take abit longer as roads were flooded. He arrived & went right to work inside, then did chimney checking from roof. It's still has spalling bricks that need to be fixed. Explained what all it entailed & sent an estimate to me. I'm saving pennies to be able to pay for it, but it needs to be done. Cody was friendly, patiently explaining & making sure I had no questions. He did great!

Kody was very knowledgeable and professional. Although we ended up needing a lot more done to our chimney than we anticipated, he explained all of our options and steered us in a direction that worked best for us. Super friendly guy.

Technician Kody was on time and called ahead before arriving. Communication was great and he was very knowledgeable and personable. This is a new house for us and we are just getting everything inspected after we found a gas leak on our furnace. Kody did as needed, inspected the fireplace and went about his day.

We had some issues with our fireplace insert that was installed a couple of years ago by C&C Chimney, so we contacted them. They sent Cody out to clean and talk to us about the issues. It ended up not being major things, just needed to have the insert and chimney cleaned out. They have always been very responsive and answers all questions. I like that they take so many pictures and can explain before and afters and the condition of the insert. We will continue to use them on a regular basis.

Wow what an amazing job our service tech Kody was!! He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about our chimney. He took pictures and explained everything that he was doing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He was also very patient with all our questions. We appreciate how personable he was also. I would highly recommend this company for all your chimney needs! I’ll be leaving another review after we have the work recommended done.

I recently used C&C for some chimney repairs and water proofing. Kody, Devin, and Josh were very personable and professional, explained the project in detail, and were very helpful describing to me exactly what needed to be done to prevent further water issues. They were clean and respectful of our home, wore shoe coverings when inside, and cleaned up after the repairs were made. I highly recommend C&C and will use them again!

Update: I said previously I would use them again and I had to! I highly recommend C&C!!

The inspection went well. I will leave a more thorough review once totally finished. I am very pleased so far and would recommend this company. All the techs that came were very kind and friendly. I had the opportunity to meet my techs today and they were thorough and explained all they did and showed pics of their work and stated they would send the pics to me. I am very pleased with my techs today. My daughter and son n Law handled the other times your techs were here. Inspection went well. I need to review my contract on duct cleaning and all it consist of because no one was here, not at your fault by because of an unscheduled doctors appointment. I will comment later on that part of your service. I do have the info of when I should schedule my next chimney service and I will put it in my calendar. Ty so much, Carol Robinson

I have had time to look at all the work and I am so very pleased with this amazing company. They went above and beyond . I had a dryer vent that had come undone under the house and they actually hooked it back up. I highly recommend this company.

They sent me a picture of the technician so I knew him on sight. Kody and his assistant put on booties upon entering the house. He was friendly and very polite. He explained what they were going to do beforehand. After they did their inspection, he showed me pictures from the vents and explained their service. He was very knowledgeable. They gave me two detailed estimates.

Repaired my utility flue in a very old house with unique challenges! Very happy with the results, otherwise the entire chimney would have to be removed. Saved a lot of $ having them repair it and it is stronger than ever now. Richard is a great mason.

Just wanted to give Codi Hartley a big thank you & let your powers that be know what a gem they have in Codi. He arrived promptly on time after his text to give me notice he was on his way. He introduced himself as he was putting on his shoe covers, & asked me if I knew where the exterior vent was for the dryer? Once I showed him he explained what he needed to do for the cleaning & asked permission for close access entry . He did the work thoroughly explained it with pictures before & after then provided a full report in writing. He offered further service by an estimate for installing a vent jack on the roof to prevent the vent from clogging like it had previously. He was very polite, professional & such a sweet young man. He was just awesome in every way!

He called to provide time off arrival and he was on time.
Kody explained the work he would perform to clean our dryer vent and provided us with before and after pictures. The price we paid was exactly as quoted on the phone.

Great company to work with! They were fast to get the inspection scheduled, clearly noted and explained what needed to be repaired, and once we called them to schedule the process was smooth and the work was completed thoroughly!

Kody was on time and a joy to meet. He answered all my questions and was very informative. I went ahead and booked the job on the same day. I got the work done and it looks amazing. At set for cold weather!

Kody was very knowledgeable and professional. He took exceptional care with his equipment on my floors and used protective shoe covers which I really appreciate. His knowledge base is incredibly vast and he couldn't have been more thorough. I appreciate his attention to detail as we try to mitigate an issue with our existing fireplace.

Kody Aldrich came over to check out our fireplace and chimney, as well as our fryer vent. I was kept updated on when he would arrive. He was professional and friendly. Kody was very conscientious about keeping things clean and was patient and thorough during our discussion about the issues we are facing. He inquired several times to see if I had any questions or concerns. Kody was helpful and applied no pressure regarding timing of repairs. Would highly recommend this company!
