Great company! Had a new HVAC system put in and Tom and his crew were kind, thorough, and showed me everything; explaining things along the way so I could understand what was being done. Very reasonably priced compared to others as well, and you can tell they know their stuff and all have amazing customer service. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Papa "T's" exceeded our expectations. The price point, equipment options and install were all first rate. Of course time will tell (post installation). We went with the Gree Flex system. It is quiet and the airflow is better. Another factor is the crew doing the installation. Well mannered, personable and answer my nuisance questions.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and quick. Tom and Brian texted me before their arrival and they arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional. They went right to work and were very thorough with their troubleshooting and kept me informed as they went about their tasks. I never felt pressured or uneasy about what was happening. After they finished they let me know exactly what they found and what could be done to ensure that my system would last through the summer months. Tom and his son recently came to my house to do the annual spring/summer ac tuneup. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and the best at keeping my units in good shape. Tom has been servicing my hvac needs for 10 years and I can’t recommend him enough.

Papa T did not show up on time. He showed up more than an hour early which was perfect since our home was in excess of 85 degrees F. He and his crew surveyed the AC equipment and had it running in minutes, amazing! Papa T, Tom, and sons were quick, polite and took all the time necessary to point out where the problem was and how to remedy it. I'll definitely call him back when any AC/Heating problems pop up again

Great company! Got fixed up the same day I reached out. Pricing was more than fair, better than you’ll find at most places in OKC. Tom was able to diagnose and fix my issue quick and efficiently, and Terri who set everything up for me had such a great attitude, she really set the tone for the overall positive outcome.

Tom and his team are honest and professional. They don't charge for unnecessary services and parts. They are always upfront about any costs and a great company if you want a second option on your unit's repair/replacement, they are the ones to call for that.

Tom is fantastic!! He helped me keep my 22yo HVAC system going until I was able to replace it. He installed the new system and maintains it. He is extremely pleasant, honest and knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. We will only use Papa T's in the future!

Tom was very helpful with walking me through several steps via an evening chat, which provided a temporary fix, and then came out the next day to identify an air flow issue with my AC and get it back in working order.
