Too over priced! A rip off!!!

This company installed and maintained my sprinkler system at my business in Stillwater, Oklahoma. They are way overpriced and their technicians are insulting and rude. I have just cancelled my service contract and will never allow them on any of my properties ever again.

Installed a two tiered retaining wall in my backyard. 1/3 of which has collapsed on both upper and lower levels.
They won't respond to my multiple requests to inspect and suggest repair.

I used them twice and each time they did not complete the job. Some things were forgotten so they completed them the second time I had them come out. Still did not complete it but was billed for the job. Now they want to bill me extra to complete the job. They have taken on too many clients and cannot keep up with their business.
