My 25 year old HVAC system was going out but still was functioning. I called and had multiple quotes done by local businesses and some of the "bigger" ones out of Oklahoma City. When Jay Watkins arrived at my house, I knew right of the bat he was a little different as he talked to me and asked a lot of questions before even looking at what we had. Jay took the time to not only understand what we needed, but also made multiple suggestions on things we could do with the new system. He quoted me a complete range of systems from the basic 14 seer system to the top of the line 21 seer systems.

He made sure that all the the options included the ideas and improvements we had discussed that the other companies that quoted me did not even offer or talk to me about. My outdoor condenser unit was located in the back yard where the dogs could get to it. Upon learning this is when he suggested moving it to the side of the home. He was the only one that suggested this and it made perfect sense!

I had my new unit installed and could not be more pleased with the service Jay and Watkins Heat and Air provided me in both the installation and product provided by American Standard!

I have used this company several times. They set the appointment and called prior to coming. Lady on phone was pleasant and knowledgeable and tech was great. They were able to fix my a/c that day and their charges were reasonable. Highly recommend.
