Austin did a great job and had our dryer up and running in no time! He was on time, friendly and competent. I would definitely recommend!

Austin provided excellent customer service checking my 2020 Kenmore front loading washer. It made a horrible noise last Saturday as it was finishing a spin cycle. I turned it off and was afraid to use it. Austin thoroughly checked it and determined that it is still working fine. I just washed a load of clothes, and it is working fine. I appreciated him checking the washer as my adult nephew watched him. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, and was courteous and respectful.

Our technician, Glenda did a great job. She was very personable and knowledgeable.
We did however have a very difficult time beforehand reaching customer support to set up our appointment. Not being able to reach a human was extremely frustrating. Sears needs to have a number where one can actually talk to someone when the auto bot can’t understand what the issue is!!

We had an unexpected problem with our washing machine and called Sears Appliance Repair. Their response was quick and professional - and the rates were reasonable. I hope we don't have any other appliance problems, but if we do, we will definitely call Sears Appliance first!
